This neighborhood park, often bustling with locals and visitors alike, offers a serene escape from the city's hustle. The well-maintained walking trails are perfect for leisurely strolls or invigorating jogs, while the expansive green spaces invite picnics and casual sports. Children can enjoy the modern playground, and the community garden adds a touch of greenery, showcasing local horticultural talents.

I went to the Sunday Fall Farm Market and wasn't disappointed.
A wonderful variety of fall apples and veg. I purchased a very flavourful local cheese and a jar of honey. Go early for the best selection.

Wonderful park with good amenities for families, community gardeners, and sporting folks. Great zip line and playground with swings. There’s a challenging climbing rock with grab handles and foot holds conveniently located in the shade of mature trees. Baseball diamond, large and colourful concrete area, lots of parking, and a long community table with seating. An enjoyable park to visit.

Has two playground, one older and one newer. Newer one doesn't have tons of play structure but is very spacious. Grass fields used for baseball/t-ball can get quite muddy.

Great place to checkout if you are in the area. Soft mulch and low height means you do not need a crash pad. You will need to get creative and make up some routes for yourself.

Who is Riley? Why is this his park? The city needs to give me answers. I cannot live like this. I cannot trust Riley without first knowing Riley. Maybe going on a date or two to feel out the vibe. And then if things go well maybe we go back to his place. Maybe we kiss tenderly to boss baby I don't know I don't have the answers I'm not Riley

A not to big but great place, it has a great play ground for kids and a baseball court it is great. On summer you can enjoy the farmers market which has great things, as well as some food trucks. A great place to enjoy during the week days or weekends

Been coming here since very young, like there was a community center where the green fields are. Now I like it even more. There are a couple of fantastic playgrounds, a baseball diamond, basket ball court, rock wall Boulder thing, zip line, and Vancouver's stereotypical old concrete pool that never gets filled. Lots of space to chill with friends during these Covid time and close to Main Street if you want a bite to eat. One of my go to chill spots.

A good place for children. There's lots of equipment for kids to play with or running around which is good exercise for them. Parents can take a break while watching their kids playing.

I'm usually pretty generous with my reviews but this park is a top one for me for so many reasons at least for me and my family.
1. It has two playgrounds (one under a shade) and one exposed to sunlight so you can pick depending on your style, weather etc.
2. It has a washroom which has constantly been open most of the time. They only allow 1 person or family at a time even with two stalls due to you know what.
3. It has open spaces (green grass and a paved area) which is great for picnics and running around.
4. It has a long paved path which is great for walking, scootering and biking for kids.
5. It has free parking (designed parking area).
6. A stone's throw away to Main Street which of course has tons of restaurants, groceries, etc.if you forgot to bring food or plan of eating out after spending time at the park.
It's a BINGO park!

Lovely place for too many people. Amazing hard work with so smart design at wonderful natural landmark! It is a prime visitor's place attraction in Vancouver because of scenaries, accessibility, best possible application of parks architecture and performance and permanent hard work of maintenance staff. Thanks for great donation in all this!
We use each opportunity to visit it, despite of increasing density of visitors.

Giving back! The folks at this community garden warms my heart, but more importantly they feed almost 300 families. Volunteers grow over 200 kilos of food to donate to viable programs in the neighborhood. Right now, we can get involved in many ways.donate extra fruits and vegetables from your own garden, donate your backyard for them to grow more food, donate funds, donate time. Thanks so much Joanne for participating in our documentary, Pan-demic, the covid-19 food revolution.

Saturday farmer's market, lots to see and buy! The organic apples are amazing. Some stalls are a bit $$.

Two playgrounds in area close to Hillcrest. An amazing rock boulder to climb for adults. Too big for the kiddies, but they will enjoy the parks. People using this area were very respectful and socially distanced.

I did not know that the farmers market was open under the umbrella (literally) of winter market. I had always thought that they had shutdown for this time of year.

With the current pandemic, they certainly have taken steps to spread everyone out. The market was divided into 4 different zones where you would wait in line to access. There were a large selection of vendors this time.

For regular Riley park times, there is a nice kids play area. Gets quite busy though. There's even a bouldering wall

A small group of us do Tai Chi near Nat Bailey stadium parking lot. It works fine now but the weather is changing.
