The ONLY place in Vancouver to get 100% authentic Salvadoran pupusas.

You may have tried pupusas from that other place on Victoria. But that's a lie. Those people are from Honduras. Their pupusas are doughy and thick. Honduras traditionally makes pupusas too, but they are not the ones who do it right.

I have friends tell me they went there, tried authentic pupusas and they were soo great. But that's not true.

There's only 2 places in Vancouver to get authentic pupusas, and only one of them has Salvadorans in the back. So if you haven't gotten them from El Rinconcito. Then you have never tried Salvadoran Pupusas.

Best pupusas in Vancouver. The filling and masa ratio was perfect! I had the revueltas that were the right mix of cheese, beans and pork. We also had the yucca con chicharrón - and the yucca fries were fluffy inside with a crispy exterior, and the chicharrón were small tasty bits of pork. Yummy! It was well worth the trip to this small restaurant. The service was friendly and wait was not long considering the amount of people. Only accepts cash/debit so bring $$.

This is the best El Salvatore food in vancouver. Been coming here for 25 years and the food the texture the spice is amazing i very much reccomend it!

Best pupusas I've ever had! Ordered the mixed pupusas, they did take ~20 min to make, definitely worth the wait! Not very busy, they'll be seeing me often.

This place is a hidden gem. The best bean and cheese pupusas and chorizo tacos in Vancouver. The food is delicious. I strongly recommend it. Enjoy.

The pupusas are delicious. It is a very good place to eat. Sometimes very busy but worth the wait.

Wayyyy to expensive. The flavour of the pupusa is good, but they don’t use the traditional cheese so it’s taste a little bit different. The huarache it’s really good, big, and if I knew before I will only order this and not the pupusa.
The place looks meeeh, it’s all over the place. A bar that looks like it belongs to a beach club, crooked words on a wall, a tv full of cables that wasn’t even turn on and probably doesn’t work and the service was… more bad than good.

First time having pupusas, ordered 2 revueltas and 3 carnitas tacos (they only come in an order of 3).
Absolutely scrumptious, such a delightful dining experience. The flavorful fillings of the pupusas paired with the slaw and hot sauce makes it a symphony of flavors in your mouth. I was feeling extra hungry so the 3 delicious carnitas tacos topped with a fresh squeeze of lime juice definitely hit the spot as well.
Super friendly staff, would definitely come again whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

Ok place. More for people who have no idea what Latino culture is like. But the pupsas are bland and the server was very pushy. I didn't like how greedy they were. Wouldn't go back!
