We recently moved to Victoria after a cross-country drive and my body was feeling it in multiple places. I couldn't find a RMT taking new patients, and thought I'd try a physio consult. Chris Nelson was just what I needed! He listened carefully and asked the right questions. Then we went through a careful assessment and evaluation and I left with exercises and direction for going forward. The clinic is conveniently located (I walked but there's parking and transit), clean, and the staff was cordial. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rise Health or Chris, and will be back if need be.

For more than 2 years I have had a persistent problem with head fog/nausea. Bernard Tonks gave me the best explanation of what might be wrong and has offered several exercises etc to treat.

He was informative, knowledgeable, personal, helpful and positive. I a came a way thinking "this guy knows his stuff".
I will return to him for any continuing head problems!

While the clinic was quite busy, the experience with all the staff were kind and pleasant. The physiotherapist I saw took time to explain concepts, answer my questions, and truly listened to what I was bringing to my appointment. I felt heard and like there were positive steps forward to take.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. This is my second time using Scott's services. He is a wonderful physio. He has a holistic approach and really make sure that you have resources for your wellness in the future.

Gina was fantastic. The dry needling was spot on. I was able to move around the Pickleball court with ease!

I have been seeing Katrina for RMT for several years and she is amazing and a huge part of why I no longer have lower back issues.
I got into a bad bike accident 2 wks ago and have a fractured skull/concussion and was dealing with the room spinning/vertigo when I moved my head. Saw Bernard Tonks today and his treatment instantly made the vertigo go away. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and right away knew what needed to be done. I can’t believe what a huge impact 1 appointment has made on my recovery. Highly recommend!
