Great wholesale bakery. The team of bakers work incredibly hard to deliver a superior product. I couldn't recommend a better wholesale baking experience.

When I first discovered R. S. I was very happy but lately it is going moldy within 3 days, on 3 of my last 5 purchases
I worked in a bakery years ago and was informed by the owner not to bag loaves before they cooled or this will happen
I love your products but throwing out 1/2 a loaf at the asked for price is not going to happen again
I was buying from Fairway market on Gorge all their other bread feels like day old and in my opinion most tastes like sawdust, exceptions being yours and Portofino, theirs being hard and sometimes needing toasting to be edible.
The only way I can make your bread last till the end is freeze half the loaf then making French toast a few slices at a time
Just my opinion, but I was a happy customer, now not so much
By the way I work in retail and offer my opinion. I tell people with families that will use it immediately that you have great products but with the caveat

I love your bread its even better than the baked in store bread! I also love the experimental breads like the Garlic and pepper peasant bread.

I used to love the cranberry sourdough that another local bakery used to make and when I found the rising star cranberry sourdough at red barn markets I started talking to the checkout clerk and he said that it must be good because a few regulars had already switched over from their other usual bread purchase to rising star - I side with those people as I am a convert now too! YUM! Can’t wait to try their others!

You want great quality food get it from here. Great employers and attention to detail is above all the rest. Dependable! Put this product in you restaurant and on your shelves.

Bought some kaiser buns from Fairway Markets but upon looking at the tag - it was made by Rising Star Bakery! I gotta say, these are some of the best buns I've ever had - if not better than Portofino!
