There was a dent on the back of my car. They fixed it only in 2 days. And then they washed my car and put these things for me in the car. They are so friendly and nice. I highly recommend them.

I had a phenomenal experience with Ritchie Collision for a headlight and surrounding body repair, and recommend this shop to anyone on the North Shore. They were able to book me in for repairs within just a few days of my initial estimate meeting, and my vehicle was ready to go in just over a week. The overall process from start to finish was extremely impressive, especially considering other shops nearby were unable to even quote my car until 4+ weeks out!
The repair was excellent and seamless and came with a courtesy cleaning. They provided a rental car and took care of everything with ICBC. Special shoutout to Jade for her assistance and support throughout the entirety of the process. She helped alleviate a lot of stress off the bat and made the process extremely easy. You can really tell their entire team is well-equipped and experienced.

Ryan Hill and his team are the absolute best in North Van, I refuse to use anyone else.
Ryan was very professional and communicated with me the entire duration of the repair process,

My wife's BMW Z3 was damaged in a parking lot incident. We took it to Ritchie Collision because of two body repairs they had previously done on my Infiniti QX50. The staff we dealt with were polite, professional and totally competent. The shop staff did an excellent repair on the car.

Very Pleased with the work carried out on the door of my Suburu Forrester in September2022. The paint was a perfect blend to the rest of the car and the car had been cleaned inside and out when I came to pick it up. Ryan I can recommend your business wholeheartedly Don McDowall

Did an excellent job on the repair and went above and beyond making sure the parts arrived and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Car was returned clean too!
