Ritz Limousines

We were stranded at our hotel in Whistler Village and couldn’t get a taxi to take us to dinner for our dinner reservation when a Ritz Limo driver overheard and offered to take us. Fantastic customer service and so incredibly thoughtful!

Jay was our chauffeur - he was so easy going. Had no problems changing plans last minute and was a pleasure to work with.
Ritz was wonderful to deal with, the booking process was easy.

The best experienced Limo service! I booked the limo for my best friends Birthday. Ritz limo always quickly responded to my questions and booking request. We had to reschedule the pick up time as our reservation changed, and even it was not easy for driver, he made it at time we needed. Driver was super nice and helpful. This is the second year we've used Ritz Limousines for our dental office and they truly are amazing. Best part was we even got the same driver, Jay, who was the best. He was there early to pick us up, also very patient. The party bus we got was really nice and exactly what we needed. It fit the whole crew comfortably. The lights and sound system was the best. Can't beat rolling up to good ol' nickleback lol. I very highly recommend this company from its booking staff to the Limo Driver, they are hands down the best in all areas. Thank you Ritz!

Ritz Limos are by far the most professional service in Vancouver. Their limos are clean modern and luxurious! I have used a few other companies but got misled about price. Ritz isn’t the cheapest but the best!

This was a perfect experience - we used Ritz Limos to get from one venue to another with our family for my sisters wedding. It was so much fun to have everyone stay together in between ceremony and reception. It was a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend their services. The planning and communication beforehand was clear and so easy to work with. They went above and beyond for us!

Everyone I talked to whether it was through email or over the phone was extremely helpful and so kind! Our driver Jay was super thorough with us and made our experience on the party bus such a positive one!

My friends had booked ritz for a birthday party and ray was our driver. Bus was very clean and spacious and ray was very easy to get ahold of. Pick up and drop off was smooth. Also shout to ray for making sure everyone was safe and good before going in and out of the bus. Also stopped for a washroom break along the way.

Just had my birthday party a week ago. The service with Ray was amazing he made sure everyone had a good time and drove us home safe. Ill definitely use Ritz Limos and ask Ray again in the future

Ritz Limos was awesome for my event. We reserved 4 busses to transport over 100 guests between 3 venues. All of the busses were on time and in great condition. The drivers (Jay was our lead) were also amazing, making sure everybody had a great time. We will definitely be using Ritz in the future for our events!

Very rude customer service, and not very accommodating when we inquired for our wedding. The person on the phone kept focusing on the background sounds than my fiance. And when we said if they have seen our email from 7 days ago, the customer service rep said, "we're busy". We really wanted their service but it seems they don't want us.

I have been trying to get a hold of Ritz limos for quite sometime to change the date of our services as we are postponing our wedding a year. I have sent numerous emails and called them numerous times to no avail. I am worried they’ve gone out of business but yet, I see some people in here leaving some recent reviews so one of two things is happening. #1 they are completely ignoring me or #2 they’ve gone belly up and these are fake reviews. Be cautious about booking with them as thus far, I have not been able to communicate with them. So anyone thinking about finding a limo company to work with and wish to find one that is professional, I suggest you look elsewhere. Their un-responsiveness is completely unacceptable.

We had the opportunity to have a look at the limo bus before booking. The company really wanted us to view what we were booking. I’m happy we did. Ended up booking a different bus than what we were looking at online. I have to say the pictures online are the same as what they have no bait and switch or false advertising. We actually had one of the owners show us the limos he was really professional. Loved the service so far.

Last minute request. Sam saved us. He was able to find us a car faster than the 8 of us could call companies. If I need car service in the future will give you a call.

We felt like the center of attention in the 1939 Cadillac. Such a beautiful car. Be ready for people to be looking at you. Our driver Ken was great. Cant find this car anywhere else.

We hired Ritz wedding a month ago and they were professional and helpful for both planning and the day of. The rate was reasonable. The driver looked really sharp with the black suit and was friendly and accommodating. The limo was clean and all shined up. Would definitely hire them again!

Outstanding Experience & Service! We have been using Ritz Limos for a pretty long time now. From the previous management to the new. We only saw better service. We only use them. Very professional and accommodating. The drivers always show up a little early which is fantastic. Better early than late. The vehicles are in beautiful condition, new, clean and well kept. Everything was perfect on the day of our wedding! Our driver was on time, and kept to our rather strict schedule. He also didn't mind us blasting music the entire day! Love the service. I had 2 different drivers now and both were strict with rules but still allowed us to have fun. Its just dumb that the government is being so harsh on the “party bus” industry. Even still we had a great night out. We needed to move our pickup time up and they were able to accommodate. Really liked that. Guaranteed to pass on the recommendation.

Booked a last minute limo with Ritz Limos after another company left us stranded. I should have booked with them from the get go. The other company, prefer not to say the name, seemed like a large company that you see all the time. I didn’t really know about ritz just found online searching for a wedding limo. Very glad that I did my wife was really happy with them. The company even went above and beyond upgrading us to a suv limo. They will always get our recommendation.
