Had a great experience the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was no pressure or up-selling like we have experienced at other local dealerships. Will definitely be the first stop next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.

Called this dealer to order a fan blower motor for my Infiniti qx60. The Infiniti dealer in Kelowna said the part cross referenced with the Nissan pathfinder. I live in Kamloops so thought perfect I’ll order it here locally. I Provided the part # they quoted me $68 more than Kelowna Infiniti did. I asked if it was possible to price match. Adam in parts said no we are not affiliated with that dealer and there is nothing we can do. I was like seriously? He said yup.
I know when we’re in the market for a new vehicle this dealer will not be on the list. Thanks for reading, have a good day

I really like my Nissan Kicks but I LOVE the service I receive at Nissan Kamloops service department. Jamie is one of my favourites, as she has gone over and above to help me when my car was in an accident and I needed to go through insurance. I found a car on their website that we wanted. He saw I was looking on the website. He phoned me right away. I sent him pictures of our trade. We need a deal over the phone. Drove to Kamloops Monday morning. Went in sign the papers. Everything went exactly the way we both want. It couldn't ask for for a better experience. Manish, our sales rep did everything that he did he would and then some. A very honest young man!

Kyle at the service desk was courteous and explained what the technicians did to the car. The shuttle was very handy, and Jack the driver was super friendly.

Very quick, polite service. Offered other work but did not pressure us to accept. Gave us a print out of recommendations with costs so we can consider options.

Great customer service! Received my vehicle back cleaned and shiny after getting it serviced. Once I got in the truck I noticed my expensive sunglasses had been broken during the time at river city nissan and was not notified that some one had accidentally broken them. Service manager was quick to resolve and apologize taking full responsibility while going above and beyond. Great company and people!

Took 4 hours to figure out what was wrong another hour to do the repair and i get there and it is not fixed rofl. Here I sit truckless on a Friday night because it might be done tomorrow. People are nice here though so that's the two stars

The Truck:
The Nissan Titan is a little known gem that I think is VERY underrated. Engine, ride, layout…I find myself surprised each time I drive it. Check ‘em out with the 5.6!

I wish to thank Service advisor, Raunaq Singh, for greeting me today, as I entered my car in the garage. He had all details, and concerns printed out, and addressed them all with me. Initial results, of the multi points inspection, is now sent via your email. They ask for you to follow the instructions and you may approve, or decline, any work that would need attention to your vehicle. Good points are also listed. I also appreciated the shuttle bus service to my home. The best part was the car wash. My white Versa was so dirty. I left with a new car, and a huge.

Most times Kyle in the service department is the staff member who greets us and takes care of our needs. Due to a clerical error my truck is under the name of William (Bill) Cox. Kyle was kind enough to offer to change the file to my name (Sheilagh Kelly) as the Nissan Truck is my personal truck. Thank you Kyle!
