This is one of our favorite camp sites. The size of the sites isn't huge but it's whistler fitting our 38' in at all is good enough. Enough space to camp and enjoy still and be 2 mins away from everywhere

Stayed in the tent only camping. Directions to the parking area were confusing. There was no mention that it's down a (short) dirt road under the power lines.

Sites are small and packed together with little privacy. On top of that, the path lights are exceedingly and obnoxiously bright at night and bleed into all the campsites. I would either bring tarps or coverings.

I will say the facilities and campground areas were clean and well maintained. It was ok for one night, but nothing more than that.

We wanted to stay overnight with a small tent and car. We were only offered a "walk in" at gigantic prices. The employee seemed unfriendly and arrogant to us.

Despite some negative reviews, we chose this place and were pleasantly surprised. The parking space was a bit narrow, but perfectly flat and clean. The sanitary facilities, sinks, showers and toilets were absolutely clean.
We can really recommend this place. The city can be easily reached by bus (9 minutes to the bus stop) or by foot (about 35 minutes).
21 September 2023 15:46
Good campsite with plenty of shade about 2-3km from Whistler centre.

Parking lot wasn't clear and using wheelbarrow to bring gear to site wasn't ideal.
19 September 2023 23:29
Cozy campground with electricity, water, WiFi, dump station (all free).
Camping is just outside of Whistler. Walking time approx. 40 minutes (approx. 3 km)
17 August 2023 15:14
Large campsite, very neat and well maintained. Divided into two pieces. Many facilities (such as dump, washing machines and restaurant) that are a short walk from the lower part. Friendly reception. Places for RV just spacious enough, but enough space between the places and therefore pleasant. Sanitary is clean. Showers (free) are good. Great Wi-Fi.
15 July 2023 18:49
Friendly staff, very nice facilities, spacious campground, right by the river.fit 3 tents, a firepit, a fixed picnic table, and a bearproof bin.just make sure to bring insect repellant spray.don't say i didn't warn ya!

We stayed in a cabin this visit and it was great. It had all the things we needed in the kitchen and beds were comfy.
08 February 2023 8:45
Nice campground, very clean close to Whistler Village. We stayed there manny times. The problem is their cancelation policy and the manager does not understand costumer service. One time we needed to cancel and we had unpleasant experience.

Surrounding landscape is stunning beyond words. Friendly and helpful staff. The yurts were surprisingly warm and comfortable. Wifi is unreliable.
17 December 2022 17:34
Stayed in a cabin for weekend. Main bed extremely hard mattress. Couch feels like springs poking. Over all good experience though. Has kitchen, bathroom/shower all the basics.

Bien située mais emplacement pour camper très étroit nous l'avons choisi pour être prêt de Vallea Lumina
16 November 2022 19:23
Excellent clean and tidy campsite. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great washing machine area. Lovely walks through woods and camp ground. Saw a black bear (close up) on the Frisbee golf course which was amazing. Would highly recommend this campsite.

Perfect location for a whistler vacation. I have stayed here in an RV site in both winter and summer. Easy walk to the village and lakes, with a store nearby for groceries. The Thai food on site is pretty good.
30 October 2022 23:28
The site is located in an amazing location just outside of Olympic village. It connects to several trails for bikes and hikes. It’s also in walking distance to several beautiful lakes.
The site itself has a bbq area, a camp fire ground, a volleyball court and a playground for kids. Never feel bored during the week staying there. And the service is good and fast.
The only thing that is disappointing is the cleanliness in the cabin. It’s very dusty and still has food stain on the floor when we checked in.
The room was so full of dust that I and my friend both had allergies on our skins, noses and throats. I wish they can improve that soon.
30 September 2022 23:29
No ligt or water rv conection.not very clean restroom and showers.
But very quiet nature place
29 October 2021 2:33
While not the worst camp site I've had it's definitely in the top 3. Essentially a parking spot amongst cabins that offered no privacy or a sense of camping.
09 October 2021 1:28
I loved this place. It has very well maintained facilities with free hot water showers and clean restrooms. Perfectly located among several trails.
08 October 2021 3:19
The best camping site I’ve ever been to! Clean, convenient, accommodating, relaxing and extremely reasonable in price IMO! Coming here anytime I’m in Whistler.

We stayed in a yurt for 2 days. Adults and kids had one of the greatest experience. Yurt was cozy, clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean as well. We absolutely enjoyed our 2 night stay. Front desk staff (a young girl) did her absolute best to give my friend and I a side by side yurt, which was very much appreciated. If you are travelling as a group, let them know before so that they can accommodate you and your group together. One of the best thing is that the camp site was so close to Whistler Village - just 5 min drive! We will absolutely be back.
03 October 2021 19:53
The cabin is located is just minutes drive away from the village. Cabin is clean everything is provided including sponge for dishwashing. Enough stuff for a family of 4. The only thing I would say disappointing is that it doesn't have a compost bin for food scraps. But overall, we have a really good stay. We will surely comeback next year.
28 September 2021 16:18
We were very happy with this resort. We stayed 4 nights in full service. The premises were extremely clean. The staff were fabulous. Danny and Imogeon were extremely helpful and friendly! The showers are some of the nicest campground showers we have seen! The location can't be beat! 7 min bike to Green Lake. 10-15 min bike ride to the village. We camped with 7 other families, spread out all the resort but still a great experience for a private campground. A couple families stayed in the yurts and loved them. We will be back! (If you are looking for private secluded campsites, I suggest you try a provincial campground)

Was not impressed with the washroom facilities here.we were camping this past weekend and the bathrooms were nasty, no handsoap in the mens bathroom for 2 days. Garbage overflowing also for 2 days in the bathroom.

My wife went in and twice the ladies was no toilet paper or paper towel twice. On top of that, the dumpster where you put your camp garbage was overflowing 2 evenings in a row I couldn't even fit the bag! Only positive thing was our walk in campsite was clean. Not much privacy though
18 September 2021 15:06
Easy drive from Surrey area with Motorhome, no problem finding the campground. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wash room's and showers where very clean. I would recommend bikes, there are lots of well marked paths and lots of things to see and do.
15 September 2021 13:25
It would have been 5 stars but the playground is out o commission so our grandkids were disappointed that they had nowhere to play.
10 September 2021 12:21
Stayed here for a 3 day weekend with family in an RV spot. These are tiny sites for the price but then again everything in Whistler is $$$. Lovely campground but NOISY at night and NO ONE patrolling the campground at 11pm to ensure fellow campers abide by the QUIET TIME at 11pm rule. Had parties next door loud until 3am. Have stayed at lower rated campgrounds where the camp host will go by to ensure this rule is obeyed. There are young children here people. Please consider enforcing this rule management. It is not up to the campers to get into potential arguments with loud partiers. Thank you

Posting in a half of my MIL and friend
DANGEROUS BEAR IN WALK IN CAMPGROUND
Thurs Aug 5 overnight - bear flipped over metal bear bin and ate food in neighbouring site. Called conservation officer, seemed familiar w this bear, had prev been relocated from area. We left the campground 2 days early and got an air BnB.
Sat Aug 7 overnight - ran into family that we warned about the bear. They reported that on Sat night same bear flipped over multiple metal bear bins, tried to get into vehicles, stalked around a tent w a family in it. Called 911, police shot it w rubber bullets and it still came back.
Not sure what the plan is but I would not stay in walk in sites until bear is destroyed.
No staff at campground overnight, front desk not in until 9am each day. Spoke to front desk about this, they seemed unconcerned. Other campers we warned about the bear were also not warned about it when they checked in.
Photo of bear and damage from Thurs attached to review.

Big campground with really small sites, need a code to access washroom, really expensive for the sites you got 80$/night and there is barely enough place for a car on the sites, only good thing is that we are close to Whistler village
23 August 2021 17:24
Only 2 showers for a campsite that fills 100+ people. $5 for 1 load of laundry. You have to wheel barrel your camping gear to your tent site! You'll never have any privacy, everyone's campsite is jam packed beside each other, I can literally hear people whisper.

I have traveled across the country and this campground is really only worth $5 -$10 MAX a night. The only reason why they can price gouge is because it's location, it's 2.5km from the village.

Absolutely ridiculous prices!
14 August 2021 15:27
Great place and facilities. Would give it five stars except that we booked a specific yurt# to stay with friends who booked the yurt next to us. Upon arrival they had us in different yurts and very far apart. When we complained they said they cannot guarantee the yurt# we selected on booking. They told us to put it in the notes after the fact which didn't help. There is no notice anywhere on their site about not guaranteeing the yurt# you book. They were unable to make any changes and didn't seem much to care. It put a damper on the whole weekend as we had to walk back and forth a long way with kids.

Love the cabin, great set up for a couple or a family with two kids. Cozy but got everything and close to the village and right next to the beautiful Creek.
11 August 2021 10:26
Pricey but you have everything (warm showers, flush toilets, electricity, water) and everything is clean.
11 August 2021 4:47
The campground was very clean and tidy. We stayed in the cabins, and they were very nice. The beds in the loft were accessible by ladder, suitable for anyone who's fit and not scared of heights. Kitchenette was well equipped, but the fridge, being a small bar fridge, was not suitable for the ice cream we purchased on the way. Overall, we were very comfortable. We tried to leave the place as clean as we found it.

A once mighty putting green course has regressed to $50 of wood slapped together into a sorry excuse for a mini golf course. Reminiscent of a cheap min golf kit you can purchase from Canadian Tire, our disappointment was immeasurable.

Their website still describes the course as "18 natural bent grass greens complete with sand and water hazards" when in reality you are paying for 10 holes of green, blue, and brown carpet. The only way this course is "challenging enough to entertain even the most avid golfers" is to play with your eyes closed.

Stay far away until they bring their wonderful former course back.

To management - please at least update your website to reflect your new offering.

Lovely location, we wish we could pick out the sites we wanted and have it be guaranteed. Also seems to be a disconnect between the mobile site and web site. Employee we spoke with was adamant that the mobile site asks for total vehicle length i.e. Length of trailer and tow vehicle combined. But it doesn't. The web site does. But the mobile site doesn't.
24 July 2021 20:54
We stayed in one of the cabins which literally can only sleep 2 adults on the queen size bed and 2 kids on the single beds in the loft that you can not stand up in. There is very space as you have to keep your coolers inside because of the bears. There are communal bbq are handy to use and are free but the actives and games they provide like mini golf you have to pay for. The hot water tank in the cabins is very small and only good for 2 5min showers tops. The kitchen they say is stocked but there’s still lots of every day things missing. The fridge is a mini bar fridge so you will have to buy ice from the store for $4 a bag.
08 July 2021 14:07
On the site it says "walk in" for campsites but its a no really, you have to book it. Want to extend our stay so we ask the front desk if we could but they said its fully booked, we called over the phone to inquire and magically they have a spot. Happened twice for us.
07 July 2021 16:25
Very clean site and well maintained. Lots to do for kids in front of the office area. Great place to hike or bike. For moms, Scandinavian Spa is next to the site. Wifi is good when the site is not full. Was able to work all day from there.
14 May 2021 8:34
Really nice sites! Tenting sites are all walk in so be aware! This is bear country as well so make sure to be aware that bears walk through the sites on a daily basis.

Stayed because it was so close to the Scandinave Spa and was worth it!
