We have found Michele Turner of RK Furniture to be most excellent and pleasant in her service. She is proficient, has knowledge of her products, never presuring to make a sale but takes time to evaluate her customer's needs, and is efficient to offer solutions and recommendations to meet those needs rather than just push to make a sale. We do not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a piece of quality furniture and know they will receive excellent service.

We custOm ordered a 5000$+ from them and after 3 months of light use 2 people and no TV watching from the couch… it not holding shape AT ALL.
I tried to get them to help find a way to help but after weeks all we got if you give us more money we can help you.

Don’t waste your money IKEA has better products my older IKEA couch held up way nicer than this for a long time

“suggests changing the backs to foam and going to a higher density foam in the seats; however, this will definitely change the current way it sits and the comfort level This would be at your cost. If this is something you wish to pursue I can get those costs for you. “
You think after buying a 5000$ couch and an expensive king bed.they would be more willing to find a solution not at our cost.
Sadly im not one to leave bad reviews but we are feeling like we didn’t have a choice.people need to know.
