Catherine Chung is an excellent physiotherapist. She is very professional, very caring, very pleasant and very perceptive.

I have been seeing Mia for a few massage sessions this year and my experience was excellent! Mia takes the time to understand the tension and pain areas at the start of the session, and then addresses the areas during the appointment. Her massage techniques are really good as she specializes in deep tissue massage but also adjusts to the client's tolerance level. I find that the tightness has decreased after the session. Thanks Mia!

Hanelore takes the time to find the root of the problem and then digs in there, releases and then helps you find relaxation. Even if you say the issue is somewhere else she will always find the core and help you get better.

I highly recommend Jacky at Clinic Therapy. He is super professional and has been the only RMT that has been able to release any sort of discomfort from my accident. He is super focused on trying to figure out what steps to take moving forward for me to get better!

This clinic is amazing! Aleem Dhanjee is by far one of the most skilled, professional, and personable therapists I've gone to. Everytime I went for my ICBC sessions, he really knew how to treat my problems and explained in depth how he can help release tension around nerves and muscles that were in pain. He knows exactly what joint/ muscle is being effected and goes out of his way to give at home exercises to relieve pain. Aleem knows exactly what he's doing everytime, and really looks out for his patients' best interests. (P. S he's got super strong thumbs for those spots that need extra work)

I booked an hour massage with Marco and he got rid of all the soreness that brought me to the clinic. I'm normally feeling beat up and sore from Jiujitsu classes and Marco used a slow deep pressure to make me feel like my body is floating afterwards. Will definitely be back again!

I found the place is not easy to find within Pacific Plaza. Once in the clinic I recommend to see Hanelore. She is absolutely the best therapist I've seen in my life. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Her treatment approach is so different but gives results.

Nice, clean facility with professionally and friendly staff. Been going to Marco for a few months now, I would highly recommend. At the beginning of each session Marco personalizes each massage based on my current needs. He is very knowledgeable in both massage and stretches which has helped tremendously with my sports injuries.

My experience in this clinic with Hanelore was wonderful. Not only she reliefs the pain I suffered from, she answers my questions patiently and provides me with exercises to practice to mitigate my pain. She is definitely the best RMT as she is kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

I was listed as an emergency contact for someone. I got a call to try to reach that person because of a review they left. That is NOT why you have my contact information. That is NOT acceptable. It's distressful to the patient and myself, it's unprofessional, and it suggests that this business cannot be trusted to keep your information private. They obviously value positive reviews more than respecting patients. Most of these reviews scream of review incentive more than legitimate opinions. Even their replies to negative reviews have very clear lack of professionalism within. Just based on these factors alone, I would never feel like I could trust this place. Proceed with caution

I have a similar experience like Brendan Gaulin (1 Star review). Coming clean this is my second email as I do not wish to be bothered by the manager reaching out to me without my consent (AGAIN).

The clinic is decent and staff were great, specially the receptionist Irene, for able to speak my parent's language (Cantonese). My parent thought the experience was overall decent so i gave an average review (3 stars which has been taken off due to following reason). I was then reached out by calls and voicemail completely unrelated to the treatment the parent received. I didn't expecting leaving a review will be harassed by calls and be borderline BRIBED to give a 5 stars review. Not the way to do business.

I also noticed that every time there is a negative review.spontaneously there will be couple of 5 stars reviews popping up to wash off the negative comments. It shows how much control they have with these "reviews"

Elana offers a skillset that I didn't know existed. She incorporates TCM knowledge into her RMT practice for a "massage" that heals like a magic touch from a Chinese Epic film. If you have a physical problem that doesn't seem to go away you should give her a try. Gives hope to the hopeless as if she were Jesus.

I have been going to Mia and she is amazing and so kind. She is calm and gentle. She knows how to find the pain and where you need massage and creates a peaceful environment for you.

The treatment applied direct focus on releasing muscles and tissues to alleviate stress and extreme tension. For me it was a highly effective RMT massage treatment. Ms. Wu has a great understanding of body mechanics and a direct approach to her practice.
