Robertson Hearing Centre

I just purchased refurbished hearing aids from Mark this week. They're very small and discreet, even though they're over-the-ear the only visible part is a tiny clear wire, about 1mm diameter. I had several different options for earbud shapes (this is about comfort, but also depends on your level of hearing loss). I can hear so much more now, and they connect easily to all my devices.

Experience: Mark was knowledgeable and considerate. He knew ahead of time that I would be wearing an N95. When I arrived he and Haley at the front desk both put on surgicals without being asked. Mark didn't pressure me to take it off before putting the testing headphones on. We talked about my testing results, and when my new hearing aids arrived, he explained all the different programs and features now available, and helped connect them to my phone so I could control them easily.

Communications and scheduling were very low-stress. They do emails and they sent out text reminders of appointments. I'm not sure if they do text conversation as well.

Access: they're located on the outside ground floor of a senior living tower. The tower has a mini-mall base with services and a cafe for the public as well as the senior residents upstairs. The centre isn't connected to the rest of the building inside, and it's very calm. I don't know what the air filtration is like, though. The doors are wide and rooms seem navigable in a chair, but there's an approx. 6" step to get into the exam booth, and I don't know if they have a ramp. There's fluorescent lighting, but also lots of natural light in every room. There's parking both behind the building and under it in a public parkade, as well as the 2,3, and 6 bus stop out front.

I'd absolutely recommend getting your hearing aids here!

I had been diagnosed with workplace hearing loose. I had made the appointment with Robertson Hearing with a recommendation from a family member who was very happy with the product and service. After meeting with the staff at Robertson Hearing my hearing aids came in very quickly. Mark Nickel fitted me up with them, helped me set my phone app up and I was back hearing things I could not before. Awesome team at Robertson Hearing!

I have been with Robertson Hearing Centre for about 4 yrs. I am very pleased with the service I receive when any problems with my hearing aids occurs The receptionist usually can look after my problem and that happens while I am in the office. Great work!
