Robinson always has great products and outstanding support. We recently had an issue with a faucet purchased here and Olivia gave us great advice supporting us through the trouble shooting process with a successful resolution.

As soon as I entered the "Bathroom" section of the store, I was immediately greeted by a young Asian man whose name I regret not having taken. He immediately came to ask me the reason of my visit to the store and how he could help me. I explained my bathtub issue to him, he carefully did listen and did offer a solution that would work for me and solve my problem. I am completely satisfied with the help he gave me and his given attention. Very good customer service!

We have received excellent service from Olivia，We were looking for an discontinued bath product urgently cause the broken one was from the only bathroom we have，to order new parts gonna take 3-4 weeks，due to the urgency，Olivia took time to help us search and found another part which matches the discontinued one, we really appreciate her service and patience!

Very disappointing experience. This might be a great store for interior designers to use as I assume they already know quite a lot about lighting and the look they are going for. However, for a customer with limited knowledge I found the store cluttered and the staff rude (with the exception of the person who tried to help us who was quite nice). They have very little in stock which means they need to order it in and it is then non returnable (with the exception of Canadian orders which have a 30 day return from date of purchase NOT date you receive item). They also seem to be commission based because we had a follow up question and we’re told we could wait for the salesperson originally helping us to “return from break”. My husband and I quickly left and went elsewhere to purchase lights. Would recommend this store only for generating ideas.

Over the years we bought at the Cambie street store several times.
Close to 5 years ago a set of under the counter lights with transformer.
2 lights recently broke.
Went to the store to buy new ones. Dealt with Alex. She checked, found my purchase and ordered the 2 lights under warranty. What a pleasant surprise. Alex pave an eta of 4 weeks for delivery. The lights arrived much sooner and are already mounted.
Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Friendly, fast, knows what she is doing. Bravo!

Walked in March 3rd afternoon. For 15 mins, no greeting nor help. Bought it at canadian tire instead.
