Joseph Collins was a pleasure to deal with. I’ve always been one of those people that thought that realtors made too much money for too little work. I’ve bought and sold homes in the past using other realtors, and those realtors did nothing to dispel my beliefs. That all changed when I decided to work with Dave Robles Group.

From the very first meeting, Dave and his Team, including Joseph, Kelly and Stacy, were reliable, responsive, professional and friendly. We were selling our house and buying another one. My wife and I had put our Langley apartment up for sale around July 2018. We ended up moving to Calgary in August 2018 without having sold our apartment. Time and time again, our realtor told us it was a difficult market, and did nothing to try to suggest changes or be proactive on our behalf. We considered switching realtors, as we were incredibly frustrated when Christmas came and our place had not sold.

On January 23, we made the switch to Robles Real Estate Group. A couple hours later Dave had comparables for us. They were personable and professional from start to finish. He took the initiative from the start, and we were impressed! A very significant change was the staging that they provide, and they did a great job with it. There are so many positive things I want to say about them, but I will get to the point. We had 2 offers in the first couple days, but they were too low. We got an offer the next week, and Dave was still confident we could get a better one. However, having already been in limbo so long, we were happy to take it, and he supported us in that.

Buyer beware - We bought a house sold by Dave Robles and everything seemed to be in good condition during the showing and inspection. Until possession date. Turns out that the fridge had water pooling in the crisper, but they made sure they dried that part for showings. (and we're stuck paying the repair bill), the washer needs repairs as well. And the realtor didn't advise their clients properly and they took a chandelier we really like and now we've spend 2 weeks debating the fixture vs chattel issue. Make sure your contracts are rock solid and you do a very thorough due diligence before you buy from them.

I would recommend Sabrina Storey at Robles Real Estate Group to anyone I know looking to Sell or Buy. The whole team is friendly, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. They walked us through all the steps and outlined what was going to happen next. We listened to all their advice and we had an offer on our townhouse within 48 hours. Can't beat that!
