I'm only rating the building as a whole, not the stores. The automatic doors nevvver seem to work and there's no button for them, even though it says it should be accessible. The sticker on the door says 'handicapped' as well which may be a nitpicky thing, but an outdated term for the disabled community nowadays.

Robson Public Market is a two level glass-vaulted shopping and food court that is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on the famous Robson Street but it not busy

The place is in pretty rough shape. When I was there on Friday and it was raining there were 6 or 7 buckets lined up catching the raindrops inside. This place does home some good businesses though but I am only rating the entire building as a whole. The Cell phone vendor and Luggage guys are both great businesses so they deserve a much higher rating.

Great shops and great people! In my opinion, Professional Beauty is a hairdresser who always offers great service and amazing haircuts

We were because of the best Shawaram Doner restaurant in Vancouver.
We usually drive from Portland, Oregon, to eat lunch and dinner at AL hadbah Donair.

For a main spot on Robson street, I wonder why this building is even open. Most spots inside are closed and those that are open do not have professional appearance. Maybe they are waiting for assembly deal.

Love Cafe Veranda there! Mike is always so friendly and I love to hang out listening to all the old friends chat

As a first time customer, I purchased a coffee at the coffee shop on the ground floor of the market just now. Was quietly sitting in the almost completely empty food court upstairs for approximately 15 minutes when the manager? /owner? /male employee in a green shirt confronted me, asking if I was going to buy some food at the kiosk I was sitting near because "the food court is for customers only". I pointed to the mostly full coffee on the table in front of me and said, "I just purchased this from the coffee shop downstairs". He then starts going on and on about people loitering, and then essentially says "ok stay, but you can't stay very long". I should also mention that I was one of only TWO other customers in this massive food court with another 15-20 open tables around. Absolutely baffled by the deeply arrogant, rude, and unwelcoming employee who is in desperate need of some actual customer service training. If he's reading this, here's how that interaction should have gone, if you're someone who wants to retain customers and have a profitable business:

EMPLOYEE: excuse me, just wanted to double check you bought that coffee here in the market?
CUSTOMER: yes, I bought it downstairs at the coffee shop.
EMPLOYEE: great, thanks!
*END OF INTERACTION*

No wonder the whole place is completely empty with that sort of aggressive, confrontational behavior toward people. I gathered my things and left the mostly-full coffee (again, purchased ON the premises) on the table and left. This PAYING customer will not be back to the desolate wasteland that is Robson Public Market.

Go to Nine Dumplings and try the sampler. Seriously worth the trip. Best dumplings I've ever had. So juicy and full of flavour!

Actually a zero rating.
I hope the owner knows how many people have actually took advantage of your generous ‘2 hrs of free customer parking’:) don’t try to chase people down randomly.

Very depressing, tired mall. I'm not sure how any store survives in this complex. The post office is good, however.

Invisible a basic place with a big name. Pity. But there is a lovely honey shop there now. And a very busy tiny post office. Otherwise, basic.
