Great experience with Robust Move! They were communicative, fast, and so efficient! My move was relatively small, but I was happy to pay to the level of service they gave.

Just wished they gave me some warning as to how much the price would be in my “quote” as I ended up paying more than I expected.

Other than that, my move was stress free!

This team is amazing! Fast, efficient, responsible, friendly, very well organized, punctual, don't waste time. It was the easiest and best move ever.
The only one thing I would say is the minimum 3 hours, plus 1 hour travel time, meant I paid for 4 hours when it took about 2.25 hours for a two bedroom condo, so that hurt.
But they are so awesome I would definitely be using them again.

This is the second time using Robustmove and once again they outdid themselves (Punctual, very good attitude, pleasant to work with, good attention to detail with regard to carefully wrapping/unwrapping furniture, willing to do whatever customer asked. We hired this company to handle the move out of my sister's house after she died unexpectedly. We explained the situation to the movers and they were so incredibly kind and respectful, handling precious items with great care. I never had such a pleasant and worry free move. Akka was very responsive with replying emails and he also checked in before the moving date to prep my readiness. I used this moving company for my home and my businesses 3 times.
I like them every time I used their services. From the first minute asking their availability and their response to my email, until the job is done.
They explained everything before they book, they did not rush to sell their business. They mentioned all information in the email and all charges. There is no HIDDEN fee whatsoever. The best value, and quality made me to use them every time I need their services.
They have very efficient and ethical team of movers, communicative to consider our requests, careful to the movers and to our properties and Items.
The manger did follow the process and made sure everything goes smoothly.

Robust did an amazing job moving our large one bedroom. They showed up on time, wrapped everything, worked really hard and gave me a fair price. They treated all my stuff with the utmost care and not a single thing was damaged. I will absolutely use them again next time I move.

They moved my furniture from Vancouver to Penticton, and did it during the middle of the mudslides and flooding situation in interior BC in November 2021. Although there were a couple minor logistics hiccups (which were eventually resolved), I am forever grateful for them for coming through for us despite the uncertainties on the highways. The movers were super careful with our furniture and our house, no damage whatsoever. Great value, very courteous. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Akka (Manager) and his moving team did a great job with my move. The movers arrived 20-minutes early and despite several logistical issues caused by multiple contractors trying to park near the loading bay and an elevator contractor that showed up unannounced and temporarily locked off the moving elevator, the movers managed to complete my move on time.

The movers communicated well and were professional and courteous. I would definitely use RobustMove Vancouver again.

For my first-ever moving company, I didn't know what to expect and was a bit worried if my request would get lost during COVID. Akka and his friend were extremely professional, polite, experienced, and very efficient with time. They remained distanced and his friend came wearing a mask.

Before starting, Akka checked my suite to understand which items were fragile, and plan the best way through narrow hallways and corners. He devised ways to keep heavy doors open for efficiency. I felt highly relieved the moment they started; They wrapped furniture with even more care than I would have, and took personal care of my laptop as they drove to the destination.

Akka kept great communication texting of logistics to the destination while I stayed behind to hand off the old suite’s keys.

At the destination, they carefully measured the stairs and hallway widths before moving items to my 2nd floor, graciously advising what furniture would not fit, and we avoided damage both to the unit and the furniture.

It was truly a stress-free, personalized, quality experience and I enjoyed chatting with Akka. I highly recommend RobustMove, and would consider them again for future moving.

My tip to customers: Expect RobustMove to be friendly, speedy and professional - they care about your items, and finishing on-time. Don't expect any movers to help you pack, clean, or work miracles if your elevator bookings were not realistic – it's not their job to ensure you're organized and ready to go! It will be an excellent experience if we as customers are prepared.

I had to move into my new place asap and I contacted Zana to help me schedule my appt. He booked me an appt so fast and he also made sure to know specifics about the items I owned prior to the move. On the day of the move, Akka and Ihsan were moving so conscientiously yet efficient. My old place only had stairs and I had numerous items to be moved. They made sure to handle my furniture with care and wrapped sheets thoroughly all over them. Last but not the least, they went above and beyond and helped me put back my bed together. Definitely the best service I could image. They came right on time, did a great job to dissemble, move and assemble back everything. Everything was perfect and smooth. They never said no and never complained about anything. They moved my home from 3 Storeys to 4 Storeys and there not even one scratch on the walls and on the furnitures. To be honest I was not expecting such a perfect effort. There was a small issue in the assembly of my coach. I realized the day after and ask them to come and fix it. They just showed up the next day and fixed it. No doubt I advise them.

Everyone has a story about their negative moving experience. However, not with RobustMove, from their initial quick reply on a quote all the way through to deliver and payment, I cannot fault them. Turned up early with truck parked and ready to go. The 3 guys hustled and moved everything safely in way less time than I was expecting. A couple of small knicks on the walls from furniture but very minor and as expected in small apartments and big awkward furniture. Would I recommend these guys to a friend? Yes, already have, a couple weeks after my move.

They made our move as seamless as possible even accommodating a late request for Gorilla boxes. I will definitely use them again!

After speaking to countless movers, my husband and I decided to go with RobustMovers, because 1. They had the most reasonable price 2. Akka was very prompt with his responses.

Akka sent two movers for our move from a condo to a storage facility. Zana and Issan were excellent. They arrived on time, came in and introduced themselves (even to our puppy!). Shortly afterwards they started moving the boxes without missing a beat. They started to wrap some of the items that they felt needed a bit more protection. After the entire move, they went for a short lunch break (shorter than expected), then called us to let us know that they were on their way to the storage locker.

As my husband and I were driving to meet up with the movers, Akka called to check up on the move. He also reminded us what we needed for the storage facility, as he was the one who set up the rental (time saver and discount!).

Once we received the storage locker, the movers started to move boxes in. It was like “Furniture Tetris”. Zana and Issan were able to get EVERYTHING into our locker. It was amazing. I had to look away towards the end, as I thought they were for sure going to turn to my husband and I to tell us the locker was too small for the remaining furniture. But to my surprise they said they were done!

After the move was completed. Akka messaged me to ask how the entire move went etc. I told him that my husband and I were very pleased and will be hiring them again once we close on our new home in the winter!

Zana and his team were great. They were punctual, completely professional with care and detail. I was especially concerned about my large scale artwork and they moved it with great care. I took the advice to rent their plastic modular bins which saved time and helped me pack better. I would definitely use their service again without hesitation. I give them an A+.

Amazing service! Everyone I dealt with at the company was lovely to work with and very professional. I had to reschedule and book tentative dates a few times due to a few mixups with the new building, and RobustMove was always very kind and understanding. I dealt with Akka regarding the booking, and the movers themselves were Zana and Mahir, who were absolutely amazing! They showed up promptly, and were extremely careful with all my boxes and property. In addition, they were also very pleasant to deal with, it made the entire move way less stressful, and I could focus on being excited! I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers, please use these guys!
