Ok for a neighborhood park - no stairs to the big slides for littler kids which is frustrating but there is a baby park section. The field is constantly soaked, no matter the season so there must be a drainage issue?

Typical modern playground. Really appreciated the logs, stumps and rocks they have strewn about under the trees!
