Rod is a great real estate agent and I have recommended him to my family and friends. As a real estate broker myself, I am very selective of whom I pick to represent me in the sale of our homes in Vancouver. He walked us through his strategy from end to end and executed with exact precision! His home preparation, marketing, and negotiation approach was so good that he exceeded our expectations in the results. In addition to his experience and knowledge of the market, he is very personable and very patient with us when dealing with the different stakeholders in the sale of our home. The amount of effort and time Rod Codizal or “Rod the Realtor” as I like to call him, put into walking me through the buying process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, Rod spent the entire time walking me through the “big picture. ” From there on out, he was always available to provide me with the information that I needed. Every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to him. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first time buyer, I didn’t know all of the right questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts for example) and Rod would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with my eyes wide open.

It goes without saying, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, being as “emotionally” invested as I was in buying a home, Rod properly set, managed, and came through with my expectations. He was such a great asset and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. I don’t know how Rod the Realtor does it, he will exceed all your real estate needs!

He looks out for you and has your best interests in mind.
