I brought my wedding band to Rodan to be resized after I lost a lot of weight. They were able to do the resizing same-day, I dropped it off at 10: 30 and it was ready at 3: 30. My ring looks incredible, they were able to size it down without losing any of the engraving or the inscription. The price in the end was a little less than the original quote as well which was nice. Overall I’m so happy with the service and my ring fits perfectly and looks beautiful.

I bought my fiance engagement ring here and the whole from choosing to getting the size right has been amazing. My fiancé loves her engagement ring and I couldn't have picked this well without the help and support I received at rodan. I originally got the ring sized to a 4 and it ended up being tight over her knuckle. The excellent staff at rodan helped us find the right size and sized it in less than 3 hours. Fantastic jewellers, I always receive amazing customer service every time I come in! From Deborah, Arturo and the owner I didn’t get her name but they are all very nice. I bought my Tacori wedding band here and was looking at a Tacori pendant also, I decided to hold off on the pendant. A couple weeks later Deborah emailed me to let me know the pendant was 40% off, I asked her to put it on hold and came the very next day to buy it. I wore it on my wedding day. I’m now looking at another Tacori band and Arturo followed up as he said he would and looked into some prices for me. Its great knowing that they follow up with you, when they say they will. I just picked up my wedding band from having the rhodium plating done and it looks just as beautiful as the day I bought it, thank you!
I was a bit sad that Rodan moved from Brentwood mall to Main Street as it takes me 40 mins to get there, however it’s definitely worth the drive to come here and now I make a day out of it and visit the other local shops on main st. I love that Rodan Jewellers is locally owned and not a corporate company, the service and quality is 5 stars! Shop here and you won’t be disappointed!

I recently had a gold chain repaired at Rodan - this was my first experience with this jeweller. I found them to be extremely knowledgable - they repaired the chain in one day and the cost was reasonable. I'd highly recommend. A certain unnamed high end store wanted to charge me $169 to fix a necklace that was purchased at their store (on top of having to wait 4-6 weeks for it to be sent to Montreal). I wandered into my neighbourhood Rodan Jeweller on Main Street and was quoted $49. It was done in less than two days and did not need to be sent anywhere! And the staff were so lovely and friendly. Happy customer indeed.

Highly recommend this place if you have something unique in mind. I went out looking for an engagement ring, and when I couldn't find anything I liked Mitchell and the team at Rodan Jewelers came to the rescue.
They were easy and professional to work with and very knowledgeable on how to create exactly what I wanted within the budget I had.

My favorite ring needed repairs and Rodan fixed it with superb efficiency and the service was great! The repair was done on time and they were very careful. Now my ring is even better than before!

I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. And I have been looking at rings for months and found it to be quite overwhelming. Then well driving in my car. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They perfectly resized an heirloom ring, that is over a century old, down 3 sizes. It was also done in a very timely manner. I'm incredibly happy with their work. I'll be coming here again.

I had exceptional service with care and detail at Rodan Jewellers. They are located on Main Street near 28th Ave in Vancouver. I had used their services at Brentwood Mall and my friend had highly recommended them so it was an easy decision to drive to their new location. I sat with Robert for 90 minutes as he helped me assess some jewellery. I learned a lot and never felt rushed. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back to the store.

When my diamond fell out of my engagement ring and lost forever I was devastated. The first place I thought of who could help me with my dilemma was Rodan Jewellers. Rob was kind and compassionated and got to work right away to find a diamond equal to the one I had. He not only found the perfect diamond, it was exactly the same as the original. What would have taken sometime to find this diamond (I was willing to wait) Rob was able to do his magic and found one in a timely manner. Even he was surprised. In the past I have purchased a beautiful set of earrings and had Rodan Jewellers rework, fix and perfect my husband's grandmother's wedding band. I am forever indebted to Rodan Jewellers. I would always recommend them because of their professionalism, optimum service and quality of products. Rob even checked in with me weeks after to see how the ring and I where doing. Excellent customer service; great attention to detail, a warm and friendly environment, lots of time spent in the explanation of each piece that needed work, and excellent communication via email and/or telephone. I had one stone, one ring, a watch, two pairs of earrings, and two necklaces that needed work. Two of the Tahitian pearls needed new chains, a watch that belonged to my husband's mother needed a new covering and a battery, a tanzanite stone needed to be set in a ring and an emerald ring needed to be re-designed and re-set. The work on the watch and two necklaces was done promptly and was excellent. Rob had creative ideas on how to re-design and re-set the two pairs of earrings without totally altering them (thus cutting down on costs), and I was very happy with the results. The rings took longer (because I wanted unusual designs which necessitated pictures, prototypes and input from me) but Rob paid a lot of attention to detail and to listening to what I wanted. I was very pleased with the eventual design and setting of the tanzanite and emerald rings. Thanks to Kourosh with whom I initially dealt, and to Rob with whom I dealt every time afterwards; he listened to what I wanted, but was also not hesitant to offer his advice or give suggestions on why it would or would not work. I felt very comfortable with Rob's suggestions given his expertise, and years of experience in the business. I would heartily recommend Rodan Jewellers for their professional and friendly approach, their experience and excellent suggestions and explanations.

I had an amazing experience at Rodan Jewellers Vancouver. I recently inherited my Grandmother's Wedding rings, but they needed to be resized and restored before I was comfortable wearing them. Rob spent time with me going over all my options and what the estimated costs would be. He made the most wonderful suggestion to fuse the two rings together to make them stronger (as opposed to building new bands) which ended up being a modest cost-saver as well. I'm so glad we were able to restore them without altering their design. They look brand new again! Not to mention the fact that they were able to complete the restoration in under a week, right before Christmas! Rodan Jewellers really goes above and beyond for their clients. Both my experiences with Rodan Jewellers were stellar! Each aspect of the repair/refurbish process was thoroughly explained; written estimates were provided. The quality of the workmanship was very impressive; my ten year old bracelet and my ninety year old ring both looked like new!

Rodan helped me get a beautiful engagement ring made. Carolyn was especially helpful during the whole process going over multiple options til we ended up with a product I was satisfied with. Also their warranty and services provided post purchase are incredible with free cleanings and more for the ring for it's lifetime!

I'm not going to say anything specific about the attitude of the Goldsmith/Gemologist, or the service, but I can say that we have shopped here numerous times over the last 30 plus years. After the last experience, no one from our family will ever give business to this place again.

I would like to give a big thank you to Rodan Jewellers for putting together the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. Ive visited nearly all the top rated jewelry stores in the lower mainland, and ended up going with Rodan. I walked into the store one random evening and met Alex who was very nice and knowledgeable. Our initial conversation really got my interest in exploring what Rodan had to offer, and I loved how genuine his approach was in helping me find the right stone while considering everything on my checklist. I‘m a very picky person and was under a massive time crunch and needed a ring done in a matter of a few weeks to propose on a trip. Alex made sure to consider all the specifics i wanted in a diamond and brought in a handful of options until i found the right one that i was drawn to. I decided to go the custom route when it came to the ring itself, and Mitchell was awesome from the start to the finish. I sat down with him and provided some pictures of a design i wanted and he made it happen. He made me a part of the whole design process which i loved. Getting close to my deadline to go on my trip, i made some last second requests to make some changes to the ring design. Rob and Mitch went above and beyond for me to make sure that i was 100 percent happy with the final product and had the ring done for me right on time. I am one of the returning customer of the Rodan Jewellers for a long time. There service is exceptionally friendly and professional. Several custom designed jewelries were made for me by Mitchel. In my opinion, he is a very talented young artist. I highly recommend this store to the people, who likes special jewelries!

I selected this jeweler as being the closest to my home that had good online reviews, which meant being a half hour away. I had a set of rings with a grooved design that I inherited that I didn't want to trust to an unknown jeweler. So I had them do another more basic ring as a test first. In the course of the initial inquiry and resizings, I was helped by 3 different sales people, all knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant, and all took all the time needed. I never felt rushed or not listened to. And the work was absolutely impeccable. I didn't shop around a lot for price, but their prices were quite a bit less than another jeweler I visited. Also, I forgot to bring my estimate for the grooved set when I picked up the test ring, and the second time around with another salesperson yielded the exact same price, which I found very professional. I was charged exactly as estimated. Will happily go back.

This place is amazing! My fiancé proposed to me just before we had plans to fly to Toronto to see his family. The ring was too big and I desperately wanted to get it resizes before my trip. I called around some other jewellers who said it would take 2-3 weeks before I could get my ring back. I took the ring to Rodan to see what they could do and let them know my story. Joselyn helped me pick a size and looked at the ring before telling me they could get it done in 3 days. I dropped my ring off only to get a call the NEXT day saying my ring was ready. I am so happy that they rushed the job so I could have my ring to show my fiancé’s family. Thanks to the team here at Rodan!

Although I did not make a purchase on my last visit here, I definitely plan to do so in the future. The service was exceptional. A very polite young lady was helping me with the watches then referred me to their watch expert and he was able to answer all my questions. I didn’t find anything I like on this visit but may do so on my next one and I would not hesitate from purchasing here due to their polite, friendly, and personal service.

I legit must have gone to 10+ stores in my search for the perfect engagement ring. All of them just seemed the same - UNTIL RODAN! Honestly BY FAR a world of difference from the rest. The team at Rodan were incredible when I need to resize my antique engagement ring. Not only did they work quickly (it was back on my finger in 3 hours!), but they made some repairs to ensure that everything on the ring was perfectly secured/in place and cleaned it so it looked amazing. Hats off to Rodan Jewellers! First of all I would like to start out with a big thanks to Brian. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me with a custom made ring for my "now" Fiancee. On a Monday early evening I walked into Rodan and was greeted by Brian. I told him that I need an engagement ring by Friday as I was going to propose to my girlfriend on our Hawaii trip. We had a little chuckle about how late notice it was but with all jokes aside he took matters into his hands and made the magic happen. He came up with the idea of going with a Custom made ring. Without hesitation Brian simply asked for a design that I had in mind and went straight to work. He made up a schedule and ordered some diamonds for me to choose from. He even educated me about engagement rings and walked me through the process of design/material/stones. Aside from having great customer service and friendly staff, Rodan really pulled this one out of the bag as they were able to have a custom Engagement ring made for me within 5 days. 5 days! I picked up the ring Friday morning and I couldnt be happier. When I saw the ring I knew that I made the right choice. After coming back from our trip, my Fiancee fingers must have shrunk. Rodan took in the ring and resized it with no questions asked. Thank you to the staff of Rodan Jewellers and for making dreams come true.

I went to at least 3-4 places to pick out my own engagement ring and I found a beautiful piece at Tiffany & Co, which was way over our budget (~$30K). Two friends of mine who both got their e-rings and wedding bands from Rodan told me to go check them out and ask them to make a custom ring with the design I like, so I brought in bunch of photos of the ring I wanted and Deborah helped us through the entire process to create my beautiful ring. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, and she always emailed me back within less than half hour whenever I had questions or wanted to change things.

After series of meetings to check the design on paper, the CAD design, and a 3D wax mold, I finally got my ring and I am beyond happy. It looks like the ring I've always wanted but better! I can't stop staring at this beautiful ring all day, and the diamond Deborah found us is absolutely flawless and goes perfectly with the ring.
