I recently visited the Oakridge location, and I had the pleasure of interacting with Raz - who is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The store owner, Vic, also sat down and spent a good amount of his time with me, which was a very nice touch. I will be a repeat customer, and recommend Rodeo Jewellers to anybody serious about purchasing a good quality watch.

Raz (Oakridge location) and Ali (at the Downtown location) are top class. Rodeo stood behind me with an unhappy purchase I made and did a full exchange to the watch that I really wanted. Really top class service!

When we first met Raz, he made my spouse and I feel very welcome with his friendly personality, and assisted us very helpfully and thoroughly in our selection process. We had been to several jewelry stores already but found Rodeo's selection to be more unique in their offerings, along with their exceptional customer service. We also had the pleasure of meeting Vic, the store owner, when we went to pick up the ring after they re-sized it for me. Rodeo deserves everyone's business. Thank you!

I've been going to Rodeo for quite some time now initially just as a window shopper but have since purchased multiple timepieces from them since. My go to person is Raz. He's the man in terms of getting you the timepieces that you want! And even though I don't buy a watch there whenever I drop by and say hello, he's quite happy to drop whatever he's doing and talk shop with me. Always a pleasant time whenever I visit the store!

I've bought multiple watches (Grand Seiko/2x Omegas) from this location as well as a Montblanc pen amongst other small things over the years. The team there is always a pleasure to deal with and they treat you like gold. Will be buying here for the years to come.

The service I received at this store was exceptional. I had not visited this store before, but Raz was very friendly and helpful in securing me a hard to find watch. When the watch arrived, there was a minor manufacturing issue that the manufacturer would not fix, but Raz took care of it himself! I could not have asked for a better customer experience and I will always come back for my watches in the future.

This is a watch lover's paradise! For those looking for quality jewelry or swiss time pieces this is a great place to browse and acquire that day to day piece for your collection or to find that unique statement that perfectly fits any occassion.

Beyond the carefully curated collection, the staff makes the experiance. Patient and knowledgeable, without the pressure of many higher end jewelers, this makes for a positive and unique shopping experiance. Including excellent after purchase service, they stand behind what they sell!

This is a place holder review. I just wanted so say I really wanted to go in several times but there was an Asian sales lady LITERALLY staring at me and blocking the door way. Maybe don't do that? I get sales people are suppose to be like that but damn.

I've purchased so many watches here over this year that my wife thinks I have a girlfriend that works there.

My only suggestion is that they should try to get additional prestigious lines like:

Just want to share my great experience with the Rodeo store at Oakridge Centre. I am very pleased with the competent and professional staff of Rodeo. This store has a big collection of the high quality watches. And I really recommend this store to everyone who is looking for the great timepiece. Thank you so much Raz! My wife is very happy with her new watches. Keep up the great work!

Walked in to Rodeo Jewellers, and was looking at a couple of watches like Tudor, Longines, JLC, and some Grand Seiko. Di, who was helping me out, did an amazing and outstanding job in explaining the watches. His customer service is amazing, would go back to him when I decide which model I would like to get.

Impressed by their wide collections. However, a sales lady tried to mislead me to think that only a Grand Seiko sold by Rodeo can receive the 3-year warranty in Vancouver. Later I called Rodeo to ask if that was true. Another gentleman answered and told me that the warranty is in fact international. Service is available at Rodeo even if the Grand Seiko was purchased elsewhere.

I had been looking for watches for a while and I appreciate the service and welcoming environment that Vic and Raz created at the store. Great guys with lots of knowledge and no pressure. Consequently, I settled on a Tudor Black Bay, a great watch. I highly recommend checking out Rodeo for your future watch purchases!

Rodeo jewellers is not knowledgeable. Rude, pompous and down right ignorant. I will never return. Your money might buy you respect but for the average person. Stay away.

Dishonest watch maker who claim can change the battery for my Chopard Happy Diamond but not at all. He had a very difficult time closing the case, it took him 2 days. And the watch was still not working. I had to take it to another watch maker who only took 30 mins to fix it.

Nice staff, very knowledgeable people, the office manager Raz is amazing, Also good costumer service, highly recommend that store.

Was there, nov 23rd, 2019 at 3pm.the asian sales lady was nice and I was looking at a FC watch ($4k). I wanted to ask if we can swap the SE watch that comes with a model boat for another FC watch. The so-called manager didn't even have the patience to speak to me. Came, listened abruptly, said "no, no", then walked away. Didn't even get the actual details of the conversation. I hardly think "no, no" was actual service. I'm going to walk over next door to Pasquale's shop (monte) and get a rolex instead.good luck rodeo.thanks for saving me $4k from your incompetence.

This was my first shopping experience at Rodeo and it couldn’t have been better. Raz greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable immediately (despite the fact that I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt) and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was my first serious watch purchase and I felt zero pressure and was treated very fairly. I’m a customer for life!

Mavis is very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. She has a keen instinct in understanding a client's needs and quickly suggested a watch that worked perfectly for me.

Have always appreciated the customer service, friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Rodeo. Erik was great when he worked there and now Raz has been there to answer my million and one questions and hesitations before I decide on a purchase. Definitely recommend.
