We just had a used car detailed by Rod's. It was very dirty inside and had green algae on the exterior trim, etc. Rod's did an OUTSTANDING job and we are so pleased. We were told to go here and what a spot on recommendation it was. Couldn't be happier!

My 30 year old red Alfa Spider was in a sorry state when I dropped it off and by the end of day, it looked like it just left the showroom when it was new. These guys did an amazing job and immediately when I left there I was getting “thumbs up” and beeps from other drivers on the road. I will definitely treat the old lady (now quite young looking) to an annual Spa Treatment as well as regular and professional wash by Rod and his team!

Just had my SUV detailed and it came back looking brand new - they really do an excellent job and take care of your vehicle.

I had shown the scratches to the owner prior to getting the work done. I guess my expectations were higher for what could be accomplished. Yes I know not all scratches will come out especially if my finger nail catches as I run my finger along the paint. But II was told these would not be visible afterwards. They are much improved, as you can see in the before and after pictures. However, they are still visible and I see them every time I get in and out of the car.

Also a local shuttle service would be helpful especially since I had to leave the car for the whole day. It was difficult to arrange a family member to drop and pick me up from the shop.

Rod and Rod's Exotic Auto Spa provide excellent service. We dropped off our Audi Q5 that had needed a good detailing as well as it had some glue residue on rear hatch that I wasn't able to get off. Well after a day with Rod our Audi Q5 looked like it just rolled off the dealer showroom floor! What was old was new again. Thanks Rod, we will be back!

Rod’s came highly recommended and it did not disappoint! My black Mercedes looked better than the day I drove it off the lot! It had scuffs, swirls, scratches, tree sap, grimy wheels etc.and Rod’s team worked diligently to restore it to showroom quality - his team are consummate professionals, friendly and clearly take pride in their work. Although I got an exterior detail he kindly vacuumed my interior too – now that’s a high-touch, level of service! In the pristine job done, attention to detail, and going that extra mile he earned a loyal customer for life. Not only will I be back, but I will be recommending Rod to all my family, friends and business associates without hesitation.

One word. WOW! Brought my Audi in for a full detail and was completely mind blown with the final results. Rod and his team went above and beyond with bringing both the interior and exterior back to life. Literally restored the car back to showroom condition which is very impressive. Definitely going to be a long-term customer now and plan on using there services at least once a year. Highly recommended!

Rod's did an incredible job cleaning my Audi SUV and my husbands coupe. Amazing service, amazing work, my god, how do they get it so clean. I have a disgusting dog (whom I love dearly) and am often lugging messy dirty stuff and my car looks brand new. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone with a normal car or a high end luxury vehicle. (Also they usually have amazing car p*rn in the shop when you pick up, so yay!)

I took my car here on two occasions, but was sadly left disappointed. When I came to pick up the car I instantly noticed that the lower bottom portion of the side skirts and behind the front and rear fenders still had excess dirt on them. It could have even been washed off the car with a simple power wash rinse as stuff was just dangling. There was also still brake dust in between my wheel spokes. The car was left "semi-dry", there was still a good amount of water drops all over the car which I had to dry myself at home. It seems they just want to get the wash over as soon as possible and the person who washed my car did not have much attention to detail. Not worth the $60. I was expecting better.

Thank you Rod and team for making my 2003 Jetta look like a million bucks. You'd never even know that I have two big dogs who love to play in the rain and mud, and there was no way I was getting out all of that darn dog fur by myself. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend!

To the other guy who wrote such a disrespectful review, personally insulting Rod, these reviews are about business performance, not what you think about him personally. I'd love to hear Rod's side of that story. Can't keep everyone happy all the time, unless you sell icecream.

Rod and his crew are true car enthusiasts. Rod followed up and scheduled my appointment timeously and professionally. I went in to sort out a nasty car dent (aka Black Friday parking lot surprise) and while waiting for my car to be done, I watched them wash and detail two cars. My dent came out to the point I can't even figure out where it was, and the car detailing job I witnessed was truly impressive. They don't skimp on supplies, know what they doing and have great attitude. And Rod is truly "hands-on" and if he is "rude" perhaps he simply doesn't tolerate fools or he's having a bad day just like the rest of us.

What amazing man, I came with a few complicated questions and he answered all of them. A real expert.
