Alosious, agent at Rogers/Shaw in Woodgrove Mall, Nanaimo, was a fantastic help in transitioning my Internet, cellphone & TV streaming services from Shaw over to Rogers. I was so glad I thought to visit the outlet personally, and his attention so knowledgeably, quickly, seamlessly and with pleasant demeanour throughout, made the entire experience of transition, in person, extremely worthwhile, with no glitches whatever. He was the best!

Didn't even go in to Roger's for myself, my girlfriend had an odd issue with her phone and the assistant manager Johnson Yu was the best mobile service representative I've seen personally, he was very professional and did everything he could to resolve the issue, cracked jokes with us the whole time making light of the situation. Was a very pleasant experience and he's the man to talk to if you're having any issues. 10/10 Johnson Yu Rock!

My phone was dropped and completely unusable. I use the phone for business so it is critical to me. I came to this store to buy a phone. Easy $1200. The store salesman checked my ID and looked me up in their system and determined I didn’t have the authority to buy a new phone as the account was in my spouse’s name. Very frustrating because we went through this same issue with Rogers 3 years ago and were told it was resolved. But at that point the salesman made no effort to assist me. He could have 1) called Rogers or 2) called my spouse who was in the same mall. Remember I have no working phone! But he did nothing. I found my spouse 30 minutes later and we went back to the store together. Again the salesman asked me for my ID. I asked why given he just saw it a short time ago and already confirmed who I was. He wouldn’t respond. Did he need to write down my DL#? He didn’t say! Nothing. We were angry at that lack of effort and empathy from the salesman. We will never shop here again.

The assistant manager Johnson Yu gave the best customer service I've ever received, he helped me get my issue sorted out, made me and my boyfriend laugh, he wouldn't let me leave before my situation was all sorted out. 10/10 service from him! Thanks bud, if you see this:)

Taylor is super helpful and friendly, despite being busy in store and working alone plus a slow computer network, he helped me get a new phone/case and all set up with ease.

I have changed my rating to 4 stars from a previously lower rating as we went back for a second time and Justine was very helpful. We were able to get everything we needed changed back to what It was supposed to be. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because we still had to come back to nanaimo which was more gas money and time, but the service was wonderful and quick. Thank you.

Everytime I upgraded my phone, it was always a stressful transaction and it would usually take about 3 months to smooth everything out. This time around, before I decided to upgrade, I had voiced my fear to Robert. Robert, was professional and reassuring. He was always available to answer my questions and was very clear each time. I’m grateful to have had him work on my account. Thank you Robert.

Zero star if it’s possible. I went their and bought LG velvet on a 2yr plan, the device was not as expected so I went back to the store and ask them for refund, at first they refused to do it and every time I go there they will give me a weird excuse, after three days going and coming back and insisting on a solution they told me that they can refund the device but they can’t cancel my line and I have to deal with it personally which means that I have to pay for a service that I don’t need & use. The sales rep misled me with all the information and was not honest. What a bad customer service I don’t recommend anyone to shop in this store the guys need more training and they act like the cars salesman first they will lie and tell you the nicest thing and after they get the sale it will end up in a different story. I don’t understand how a big company like Rogers operate in this way what a mess!

Had a pretty decent experience with an early upgrade and adding another line to my account. Only problem or complaint was the length of time it took inside the store. Was there for 1.5hrs. Great salesman.very well manored, and good product knowledge.

On my first visit to this Rogers store I was greeted politely at the door by a sales rep named Johnson Yu. He determined that I needed a new screen protector, made sure I could take advantage of a special promotion and very professionally installed it for me. I have since been back to have another protector installed on my wife's phone. Highly recommend this store for good advice, technical support and great service.

Service was excellent. Sales/support person was very knowlegable and helpful. No pressure at all to go for higher priced options. The new device was set up accurately and was ready precisely when they said it would be.

Just upgraded for new Samsung s20 ultra. If I pre ordered I could have gotten free wireless buds but cause I missed it by one day I was denied them. Even tho bell just gave them to my gf them without promo

I have been a Roger's customer, back when it was known as Cantel. I had one of the best experience at the Woodgrove Mall location in Nanaimo, BC. I was just looking into what my options for an upgrade on my phone and check out getting a tablet. I got to deal with Ryan "The Trainee", that is what his name tag said. He took the time to walk me through some options and at the same time including a tablet. I live in Toronto, visiting my parents on the island, I was not really looking to do an upgrade till I got back home in February. I left the store but went back the next day and sign up, phone, tablet and ear buds. Thanks Ryan and the staff for making this experience amazing.

Went in to check on getting a new glass screen on my phone, Ryan checked my account and ended up with a new phone saving me almost $100 a month on an upgrade and he was awesome!
