Customer service over the phone was the only good thing about this location. Other than that nothing but troubles trying to order a phone. I get it’s busy times but no updates or emails just to find out after waiting to pick up the phone I’m most likely going to have to wait another week. Non stop calls between this location and online support and none of them are on the same page…

We just landed here and didn't know how getting a phone line worked. Manjot took the time to explain to us what our plans were, how they worked, and the best way to maintain them. Also got sage advice about getting your bank game on and making sure we're good with our credit score. On a cold winter day, Manjot's warmth and help really made our day.

I got iPhone pro max on cheapest plan. I got 30% off on on my plan because of my work. They do corporate plans too. Please do check this store staff is really helpful and make your experience worth it.

We received the best deal for 3 phone lines we've ever seen. After months of searching for a carrier and offer that fit our requirements, we stopped by this Rogers. Daman told us that currently Rogers couldn't give us exactly what we were looking for, but in about a week during Black Friday, there will be a deal for us. He gave us a call after a week and offered us $1500 in bill credits, 3 IPhone 11, we paid no fees whatsoever and walked away with a brand new tablet as well. The customer service Daman provided was outstanding and non comparable to any other carrier representative. We have and will continue to recommend Daman's services to all our friends and family.

Was beyond happy with the service. We have gone to this location for years and they have never disappointed! They always go above and beyond to help and make sure we are all set to go before leaving the store.

This is the best Roger's store around. Amazing customer service they went over and beyond what we expected. We experienced the worst customer service at Willow Brook mall. I was treated so bad.

We bought 5 lines from Daman, wonderful experience, amazing customer service, clear and good plans, I recommend everyone to visit there.

Was there traded in my old phone to new iPhone, but they ruined everything without saving and transferring all my data properly and they were all gone! I went back the store and they just pushed me to Apple store for solution which ends up nothing helpful. They also forget to set monthly recurring payments even I asked to when setting up at the beginning. A bad experience there.
