I need to wait for 30 minutes and couldnt talk to an employee. Just one customer waitin and i am trying to fix a problem that made in first place. Long wait, chatty staff sadly not very efficient

I recently visited Rogers Kitsilano, and I must say, the service I received was beyond my expectations. The reason for this review, is the outstanding service provided by an employee named Anthony. He was knowledgeable and his suggestions were spot-on, demonstrating a deep understanding of the products and promotions available. He guided me through my options, helping me make informed decisions that I am thoroughly pleased with.

I highly recommend Rogers Kitsilano, especially if you get the chance to be assisted by Anthony.

Wretched service today. I made an appointment, I arrived a couple minutes early, I checked in online. I waited. When I spotted a rep with not customer, I walked up to ask for help. He cut me off with "I'll be with you in a minute" to which I told him my appointment time was half an hour ago. He tried to suggest I probably only thought I'd made an appointment, but my name was definitely on the list. He tried to act like they didn't screw up, but it was because they so dedicated to customer service that they ran over. That's not something I want to hear when I took time off work. People make mistakes, I get it. But be honest about it and don't try to blame the customer.

Was this just one rep who didn't do a perfect job? No. The whole time I was waiting, there were other workers popping in and out of the back, nobody appeared to be in a rush, but none of them had time to check in or even look up to acknowledge a person waiting. For half an hour.

After wasting an hour on the phone with Rogers trying to transfer our Shaw mobile account, I booked an appointment at this store. Julien had our account and 2 numbers transferred in no time, along with setting up auto pay. We are now paying even less than we did with Shaw with much better coverage. Bonus!

Absolutely appalling lack of customer service from the store manager. Had plans set up, provided two government-issued photo IDs, and he chastised me for doing it online (since no activation fee). Rogers had sent me to his store to pick up SIM cards and phones. But since I don't normally carry a phone bill with me when on vacation, he wouldn't accept a driver's license and Nexus card, instead preferring to continue to tell me I was wrong. Then flagged my account for fraud without having the courage to tell me. Spent 2 hours today getting this fixed where the agent here expressly told me the manager at West Broadway "buggered up my account on purpose" (his words).

I will never ever advise anyone to go to this store unless they enjoy hostility and being talked down to for doing nothing more than you were instructed by Rogers to do.

Was advised to buy an iphone to samsung cable for $30 for the smart switch and the cable they sold me was not compatible for the job. A total lie and a waste of time and money.

I had a fantastic experience with Sterling upgrading my phone and my plan. He was very attentive listening to my financial concerns as a student, and went above and beyond to help me find the best solution, while also getting the newest phone! If you were on the fence between shopping online, or going in person, DEFINITELY GO IN PERSON (and talk to Sterling if you can!) Thank you:)

Best experience ever with the Rogers store. I was sent by Rogers Customer care. I met Simran who listened to me and understood what services I needed in today’s visit. She is very knowledgeable and helped me transfer my service from another mobile efficiently. She walked me through each process. Awesome customer care! I’m grateful that Simran was there today. I am definitely going to continue to visit this location (as my experience at the Kingsgate Mall location was not). Rogers is really fortunate to have Simran. Thank you Simran!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have met Everett today at the store. He was extremely patient and tried his best to help me. I was going to leave Rogers and go for other providers, but he managed to keep me and offer me the best customer service I could imagine. Thanks Everett, Rogers is lucky to have you!

I had the best experience I have ever had in a digital communications/smart phone store. I was buying a phone on behalf of a friend who was unable to complete the transaction. David, the very able technician, was able to resurrect the information from an elderly flip phone and move it to the new phone. He advised on an appropriate phone and gave further advice how to change the style of service.there were a few hoops to jump through but David persevered and was able to come up with “out of the box” solutions. Thank you, David! You have restored my faith in great customer service.

Over the past couple of days I have been texted by a private phone number numerous times by an employee named Simran. He claims he is offering me a new phone deal and that I can come into the store to get more information. I do not know if sharing my private information with an employee where they can text me personally is part of the privacy policy of Rogers but I am very concerned about this as I have no authorized my personal phone number to be released to a personal phone number of an employee. I would not recommend this store or Rogers!

We went to Roger's today some boxing day shopping. The lady who worked with us did not know anything. She first tried to sell us a brand new plan despite the fact we have been Roger's customers for 19 years. She showed us the online price only, and would not show us the phones we were interested in. 1/5 Would just look online and not waste my time with a salesperson.

I was helped today by a very nice young man named Jaron Biggins. I was having some trouble with my new apple telephone, I just couldn't get the gosh dang thing to work. Turns out it was turned off! Thanks to the help of this very kind individual I now know how to turn on my telephone and call my grandkids. Thanks Jaron!

Visited this Rogers location recently to buy a new iPhone, unfortunately the employee that I met was very condescending during the interaction and pressured me to make a decision when I was still unsure on what model to get. His tone and some of his comments made me uncomfortable, I will definitely be avoiding this store in the future when buying new products. I almost walked out of the store to make the purchase somewhere else, but unfortunately I did not have time to go to a different location. I was really surprised with the service I received as my family has been with Rogers for over a decade. I would not recommend buying a new device at this store.

They don’t answer their phone so you don’t know if they have things in stock, in store they tell you to call them when they expect some stock, and still, no one ever answers the phone.

They’re complete time wasters.

Came in this afternoon November 27 3: 30pm asking plan for iPhone 11pro. Two of the sales associates worked there were just sitting on the chair without welcomed me and friend. When I came close to one of them about my questions, he kept on his seat. When I asked him could you show me more details, he responded" everything showed on Rogers website" who said that to clients? Not coming to this location ever again

I compared prices and plans at all the major carriers and Rogers had the best. The staff I worked with on the first day was awesome. Unfortunately she was sick the day I went back and the guy I had to work with did not give me the deals that had been promised before. I was there for 3 hours just to get a phone and plan set up. They really need some comfortable seating if they are going to keep you there that long

I went there on Dec 30th just after 10am because their store hours say 10am-6pm and the doors were locked, no one was there to open the store. I came back an hour later and asked what may have happened and an employee said they open at 11am for holiday hours yet it’s not posted nor on the website? Very inconvenient for a customer who had to walk back and forth twice.

Staff are nice, but not interested in thinking of putting much effort into helping you unless you can be talked into pulling out a credit card.
Update: my uncle went in with an old, but still fully functional, Samsung (s4) after his iphone was stolen, intending to buy a SIM card and transfer his current plan onto it, and the man who he spoke to refused to sell him the SIM. He told my uncle that the previous owner of the phone (me) must have tried to hack it (nope) and in the process had broken it so that it would not be able to read a SIM card anymore (though it mysteriously worked perfectly well when I put a new chatr SIM in a week later), so my uncle should just buy a new phone. Basically, the Rogers employee saw an older guy and assumed that by spitting out a load of confusing techno-jargon, he could trick my uncle into buying a new iPhone, so that he could add a couple bucks of commission to his cheque at the end of the month. Not honest, not cool, not a good way to keep customers coming back - I've convinced my uncle to switch to Telus when his contract's up in a few months, maybe they'll try a little harder to help customers rather than taking advantage of them.
