Very poor experience with staff. They don't want to transfer Shaw number to Rogers or they don't know how to. The staff there need training.

I went there with my friend just to buy a glass guard for my phone but ended up having a great deal for my phone update. The attendant (Manjeet) was very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend to visit if you are looking for an update.

I had a great experience at Roger's. The staff there was very helpful and kind. They explained everything to myself and husband very thoroughly and respectful. They have great deals and promotions going on there. I would definitely recommend coming here to get any cellphones, cellphone accessories, plans and or internet. Definitely a five out ot five.

MADDY AND JASPREET WERE AMAZING. They were very knowledgable and patient with me and my family. They answered all my questions and explained every change to my bill step by step. They also helped me get a new phone lol!

They offered me this cable for $25 in August 2021 as per on going promotion. They told me if I buy this cable I will get $50 credit in my bill within next 3 month.

I never got any credit. I went to store 2 times. They told me issue is fixed i will get credit in my next bill but no results. Very disappointing.

Had an unfortunate issue with getting service in mountains thru out BC, went over my 15 day return. These guys at kinetic helped me out with no problem and issued me the full return and cancellation of my plan/phone. I would fully suggest this location as they resolved my problem. If Rogers gets service way back in the bush where I need it, I'll gladly be back to sign a contract without hesitation and from this location only. Thanks team!

Store attendants were really nice and polite. They are following all the safety protocols. They are pretty knowledgeable and gave us really good advice about networks.

Really very nice and helpful staff. Especially the girl Luvpreet. She really knows what she’s doing. So polite and explained very thoroughly about all the deals available for me. Switched from Telus to Rogers.
Also they take care that everyone in the store follows the covid19 rules. AMAZING SERVICE.

The most customer orientated Rogers dealer in town (yes, I've been to the others) and the only reason is because the staff under the leadership of Iqbal Kaker (Manager). Purchase experience was so good that I've referred my family & colleagues to them. Thank you once again Iqbal. Cheers!

I arrived only 20 minutes before closing and the store was busy but Jaspreet was warm, engaging and the whole process of setting up an account was efficient and enjoyable. I also received emails in the days leading up to dropping by from Iqbal which were responsive, friendly and informative. I through recommend this store and these staff members - thank you!

After the horrible experience I had at a Other Rogers store, these guys really turned things around for me! Never met more honest people. They hooked me up with good deals, an awesome plan that was easy to understand. Definitely made me a loyal Rogers customer.

Great social distancing strategies and enforcement. Someone at the door asking health related questions and then letting one person being helped at a time. Wait times could be long if there are people ahead of you but that's the price we have to pay during pandemic times. Great service from Lavpreet, great promotion for Fraser health employees. Worst customer service.
There is a girl and guy who are interested in doing personal calls all day than attending customer. Why ROGERS hire these people? Strange. - May 17,2020.
These people should be never hired in the place.

Very worse Company. I am a realtor and the best person who I use to talk and get a trusted help was Tajinder. Yesterday I was calling Tajinder and he was not answering. I went to store and inquired about him.the staff told me he left, Harbans Dhatt you did a big mistake to Let him go. He was a great person who always held me and my friends in with this company. Shame for the Company.

I came to this store for new deal, but the staff was very rude to me. They treated me and my friend with rude behavior.if they don't want to sell anything why they have opened the store. I remember coming to this store in October at that time staff treated me very well but they were different people. This visit makes me very unhappy,

Very bad customer service. I was waiting there in store and people working there was just taking with each other and eating snaks. Manager don't even know his Job, he was totally confused and lost completely. Manager and staff need more training. Will never go back to this store again.

Terrible customer service. Went to transfer info to new phone and was told the only way to do it was through iCloud (which I could just do myself). Just lazy people that didn’t want to do work. Especially if they’re not making money off it. Been a Rogers customer for over 5 years and expected to get the same service I’ve had every other time I’ve bought a new phone. Instead I was dismissed as quickly as possible. They were completely disinterested in helping me. Will not be going back to this location.
