Do not waste your time at this store, the most incompetent staff team I have ever seen. Wasted 2 hours between waiting and talking out a plan to be told, once everything was ready to be paid, they didn’t have the phone and will not honour pricing of the sale on if we wait for them to order it. Manage came in to try and help and she completely belittled our concerns and made even more of a mockery of the store.

I had a wonderful experience at the Rogers store in tsawassen mills. The manager, I’m sorry if I have your name wrong, but I believe it was Sharon helped me with purchasing a new iphone, and stressful difficulties I was having with iPhone and privacy breach issues. She helped me set up my new phone, and taught me how to prevent my concerns on my new phone. She went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Store associate was rude, spoke to the manager and was advised to "smash my phone" to claim warranty. This store is a joke and employees are disrespectful.

This location has the worst customer service, been to the same location twice regarding my account and guy name Taka is useless, wasting my 45mins dealing with him for nothing. Doesnt even know what he is doing and keeps making excuses because he doesnt know how figure out the problem on setting up my account. Would not recommend this location.

My visit to Rogers at this location was great. Matt was a great help. He was incredible. He was patient and professional. Rogers is lucky to have him on their team

maps shows closing at 9: 00 pm updated 7 weeks ago by the location. Arrived at 6: 10 pm with doors closed and staff inside advising that they close at 7: 00 pm, to which we said it’s not 7: 00 yet and received an excuse that we started early today and we are short staffed. No consideration that we had driven all the way to Tsawassen to access the store. Not pleased!

Got very professional service from Manpreet. He helped us with our new phones and great deals

Went into the store because I was having trouble with my phone. I walked in and was greeted with smiles and had a pleasure dealing with all the rogers boys. Nav was the main associate helping me and was an absolute blast. The empoyees worked well together to help me find a solution to my phone problem. I dont remember all their names but Gurdas and Raj also assisted Nav. Seemed like a great environment. Jolly fellows. I did not feel pressured into making any rash decisions. The boys knew their products well and made the whole process quick and fun. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a phone and have fun while doing it.
