I don't often go into the store and usually do everything on the phone or via Rogers chat but I went into the store several times this week to sort out an issue and had great service from the staff here. Shoutout to Mandeep for helping me through my account issues both times! He is super helpful, friendly and professional. Greatly appreciate the time and effort and I'll be back when I need to make changes vs doing it online.

Honestly the most horrible branch.i have called them several times with no answer.when they did answer, they told me they’re too busy and can’t help me today and just hung up the phone.they have continued to add weird charges to my bill, like for example charging me twice in one month for the same plan and then refuse to do anything about it.if you’re thinking of joining rogers, DO NOT DO IT, especially at this branch.you will get scammed.

Both staff are unmotivated and un-knowledgeable. They didn’t know how to do their job confidently, we had to go to another branch to get actual help. Too bad we didn’t get their names. If you need help with your account, avoid this branch to save your time.

Went in tonight with minutes to spare before close. Had to figure out my phone I ordered online and have the sim card switched from my old phone to new phone. Thank you again, now I can enjoy my vacation tomorrow morning

Being with them since 2004, sometimes good service and sometimes Soso, but they always mess up on the charges they seem to charge too much. The CEO of the company is making millions when you want to discuss the charges it takes forever and they hope that we give up so that they don’t have to go through it, so I hope that these activities or services or calls whichever you wanna call them get better. Lots of people that I know that are on Rogers or no longer with Rogers have said cost too much to be with Rogers.

My husband and I have been coming to the South Point location to see Reg for years. Whether it be for a phone case or getting a new phone, Reg has always provided us with exceptional customer service. We recently upgraded our plans and phones through him and will continue to deal with him specifically.

Very slow service. Staff seem unmotivated and not helpful. Do not know how to time manage customers, spending long time with one customer shopping around for a phone and refusing to take time in between to assist another customer for a simple issue like getting a QR code or answering a question. Waiting over half an hour (told ten min) and still not able to get any assistance. Saw three sets of potential customers come and go in the interim because the wait is far too long. Would avoid this location.

To say that service was terrible at this location would be an understatement. Walked in the store on December 27th around 4pm, there were two workers in the store and no other customers. I don't expect a 5 star customer service from places like this, but it would have been nice to be greated at least.

When I told worker named Reg that I came to upgrade my phone and switch the plan from personal to business, he did not seem excited to say the least (I assume it's a quite complex and time consuming request, maybe this was the reason for Reg's reaction). I was told that they cannot help me until the main account user calls their customer service line and authorizes the change. Knowing that it takes over an hour to get through to customer support, I asked if we can start working on upgrading my phone first while the main account user will be calling to confirm to plan change request.

Reg for some reason became agitated with my question, told me not to tell him how to do his job and told me I was TOO BOSSY! I have never received such insulting attitude from any business, big or small, in my WHOLE LIFE!

Ronnie the Manager who was in the store and heard our whole interaction with Reg (again, I was the only customer in the store at that time). He said or did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. When I asked Reg to provide their names and Manager's contact information, he picked up the incoming phone call and started talking making me wait for him to finish before giving me the store business card. Have been a Rogers customer for 10 years, and this was the rudest and worst service I have ever received, which is for sure going to be the memorable one.

Great Customer Service! Just updated my family plan with 3 new Iphone14's. Reg did a great job getting my phones changed out and data transfers! Highly recommend this Rogers location!

I found myself in an urgent need of a new phone as my previous phone completely shutdown. I went in and met Reg who greeted me with a smile and was absolutely wonderful from inquiring about my phone/plan needs and then helping me source a new phone and upgrading my plan. Reg was very knowledgeable about all the features and plan details. Highly recommend going in to see him when your due for a new phone or plan. Wonderful experience! Thank you!

Me and my husband went to this location and the store manager and his colleague was nothing but help and supportive. The store manager went over and beyond to help us get the iPhone 14 pro and called to get the phone sent to his location in south point. Me and my husband were having awesome conversations like we know each other for years. The store manager set up our phone and even help us get everything set up. I recommend going to that location. I went to this store for the first time to transfer my number from Fido to Rogers and I was not sure how to do that, what is the process for that then one of your staff member his name is Bhuwan, he helped me a lot and was very kind, humble, cooperative, helpful and had a great knowledge about rogers products. Looking forward to come back again here. Highly recommended.

Bhuwan was a fantastic help! He helped me transfer all of my apps over because I had trouble with my Apple ID! He also helped me transfer all my photos and videos which was difficult because of my technical challenges!
I was very pleased with his patients. I walked out of the store with a new life! I will definitely be back!

Switched my wife’s phone from Sasktel (Saskatchewan cell phone provider) to Rogers. Totally seamless with the gentleman working here. She was even able to keep her old Sasktel phone number. They very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good information!

My wife and I went into Rogers Wireless at Southpoint In Surrey. We were with another service provider and thought that we would look into changing carriers. Upon entering the Southpoint Roger store, we were met by two very friendly staff members. Reg and Mandeep were very courteous and professional and explained all the options there were to us. Needless to say after their professionalism and knowledge we made the decision to go with Rogers wireless. They were even able to give us some very nice perks, Something our previous service provider could never ever do. I would recommend to everyone the Southpoint Rogers wireless store hands-down. It was an absolute pleasure working with Reg and Mandeep

I have been a Rogers customer since 2001 and have always made changes to my plan or purchased new devices by phone. I was used to lengthy hold times and being passed from department to department. Last September I visited this Rogers location to set up phone plans for my kids and was pleasantly surprised by the experience we had. Mandeep was very professional and efficient in person as well as was very helpful with phone calls and text messages. I coordinated a time with Mandeep and returned to this location this year in February as I needed new devices and upgraded plans for myself and 2 kids. This experience was just as great as the first. My kids were able to ask all their questions and Mandeep helped set up and move over anything they wanted to their new devices. He found the best, most cost effective plans for my kids needs. For me, Mandeep was able to secure a pre order for the latest Android which arrived a week later. He determined the best plan for my needs, which actually included more perks than my previous plan and was $10 cheaper. Needless to say I had great customer service at this location. Will definitely be back!

I'm not surprised to see all the other 5 star reviews for Mandeep. He was totally knowledgeable and helpful and gave me the straight goods on the best way to setup a new device on my plan. I don't have time or interest to figure out all the twists and turns of plans these days, and I can't stand having to phone in and wait on hold- I'm someone who really appreciates having a local go-to person to take care of everything. Thanks Mandeep!

I’ve had 2 interactions with Mandeep, the store manager, and both times have been absolutely fantastic. He is so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The first time, I didn’t end up completing any purchase or plan but he was so consistent and willing to help, knowing I likely wasn’t going to go forward with anything. This most recent visit, he helped me port over 3 lines back to Rogers and dealing with him was so easy, seamless and so worth recommending him to anyone looking for wireless needs. He made what could have been a lengthy and confusing process so stress free! Thank you!
