Called 6 times (after 5 pm and then around opening the next day) and nobody ever answered. Additionally, the call eventually hung up on me. This is pretty horrible customer service. One would think they could take a second to answer a call or have a voice-mail so I could at least get a call back. Super disappointing and I wish I had chosen to deal with the Millstream one as they answered and were very polite. Next time I will go there.

My partner and i popped in on a Saturday morning when 2 staff members where there. Ashley did an AMAZING job of helping us in a tricky situation. As she needed to reach out via phone call to some "other rogers employees" we waited patiently, but as did she. Sometimes it just not the person in front of you who has done anything wrong. Ashley kept us in the loop, her and her co worker on the day were friendly, chatty, still welcoming others coming into the store, they were being realistic about wait times (and i find this RARE!) There is nothing worse than being told they will be 10 minutes and 30 minutes later your still waiting. They did an AMAZING job at handling the busy store with only 2 staff, and from the moment we walked in the store Ashley and the gentleman appeared to really care about what would suit US best for our situation! Great work to the Team on Saturday 27/5/23!

I went to Rogers, Bemont Market for help with transferring data from one phone to another. I spoke with Ashey who was amazing. Knowledgeable and effecient lady. I highly recommend her.

Really bad customer service. The staff didn't even acknowledge my existence for about 30 min after I entered the store!? A simple "Please take a seat or look around, we'll be with you when we're able to. ". Would have been so easy to say.and yet they couldn't even be bothered to do that. When they finally became available.there was still no greeting or inquiry into what my needs were. I had to approach a staff and just start talking. He made ZERO eye contact throughout our entire conversation. Clearly he's in the wrong position.because you need to be able to hold a conversation & be approachable & friendly when you're working customer service.and unfortunately he was none of those things. Definitely won't be recommending this store to my friends & family. Avoid if possible!

My wife was in the store today to get a cell plan for our son and to get a plan for herself and our other son. The rep took his ID and did some work on the computer and then came back and said i updated all of you to a 10MB plan, she said she wanted the deal which was 20MB for $75 he said no you didn't upgrade your plan, she then said she wanted to cancel the plans he said no you have to call Rogers. He didn't offer any other plans like the 30MB for $85 where you don't need to upgrade your phone. She left the store and sat in her car outside the store and called Rogers. She did get the 20MB plan for $75 and a shared plan for 50MB for $150 but only after she called Rogers. Someone please tell me why they have a store front where they are not able to provide customer service or have knowledge of the products. There was zero customer service!

Tried to go in an purchase and pre order a new phone, guy told me to go online and do it. Is there even a point in having a store front anymore if I get told to go home and do it?
