I came to this Rogers retail shop and got Samsung S23 ultra and I found the battery drained too fast and want to exchange it and revisit the store and the guy I spoke referred me to contact Samsung at metro town but I insisted and exchange the phone with 15pro and the guy who sold me the phone Amir helped me to exchange with smooth process explaining me everything in detail again and make my experience amazing, Thank you Amir.

My experience with this service’s support has been nothing short of a nightmare. Endless waits in-store, coupled with the necessity to call or wait for Roger’s support, make it a frustrating ordeal. The added annoyance of receiving conflicting information from chat, calls, and the store itself renders their support system utterly useless. A complete disappointment; steer clear for a more reliable service.

The worst customer service I received from Ambrish who doesn’t know how to speak with clients and not happy at his job. His behaviour is disgusting and very unprofessional, not willing to help if you just wanna do inquiry and not to buy anything. Rogers do better for hiring people make sure hire people with personality. Even One star is too much for this location!

Ambrish was super helpful. Solved my issue in less than 5 min. Great experience overall.

Waited 45 minutes outside and still waiting. It's totally understaffed.
