Rover’s customer service was sucked. It took 2 hours to do activate my sim due to their system slow or shut down, i dont even care cause it is their businesses. Then, they give me a code to activate eSim at home. BUT, it still not working when I activate it at home SO i have to come all the way to the store again. WASTING MY TIME AND STAFF’S BEHAVIORS WAS SUCK (staff lady named Ajirat, Guildford Mall store). SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

Their website wasn’t allowing me to access features to upgrade my phone and I wanted to upgrade, the assistant store manager said to call, I’m unfamiliar with calling for this type of thing and asked her to do it while I’m there, she said it’s a waste of time for her and unless I wanted to pay $60 extra to do it in store she refused to help, I started to record her to show others of my experience as I was shocked and she called mall security lol, greedy and paranoid. Go elsewhere.

Had the worst experience with shilpy, she has zero knowledge. Try to talk to someone else if possible.

I really like this Roger's store location, everyone I have dealt with is very kind, friendly and helpful. I have noticed if you don't want to wait for too long for someone to help you I suggest going in at an earlier time of the day, it usually tends to get quite busy in the the afternoon/evening.

Great customer service overall, manager Tony and Clinton in Rogers Guildford Town Center are always smile and provide me the best options from their knowledge. Tell them what you like, they set it up for you. Simple as it. Strong recommend this place for any cellphone related question.

My fiancee and I were in recently setting up a new contract and upgrading to iPhone 11 Pro. The service we received was phenomenal. Not only did we get a great rate, but a good price on trade in.
We were helped by Karanpreet who was very helpful, patient, and addressed all our needs. Would highly recommend!
