I tried to buy 2 phones from them 2x in a week. I got nothing but attitude from first the manager then I went back and tried again from a guy named Adele. He said I can’t get any of the phones that fido said I could order online. He wouldn’t even look anything up. I would have given him a 1 star except he told me to go to Telus, that he could care less so I did and got the most amazing deal that I wouldn’t have gotten at Fido. Fido/Rogers seriously needs better customer service because it’s just as bad anytime you call and actually get through. My recommendation is to go to Isaiah at Telus across the hallway. You’ll get service with a smile.

Terrible customer service.
They make it very difficult to port your number from Shaw to Rogers. Use downtown Vancouver, they make it easy. Avoid this location at all cost!

They will lie and cheat you out of your money by making fake promises.

Go with Telus it's an all around better choice.

I had a hard time choosing between 2 devices so took extra time sorting that out, then there were issues applying my corporate discount and various other blips that made everything in my plan upgrade take 3 hours on a Saturday leading into closing time.
Nyatoang was a fantastic help, very calm and thoughtful in dealing with a frazzled customer (spoiler, me!), multiple calls to Rogers to sort out the issues with plans and discounts, and delays in getting the actual device transfer accomplished. She was patient and collected, and dealt with several other folks approaching her throughout the lengthy process, never making anyone feel ignored. Great job all around!

Gainder and his associates did an awesome job today helping me upgrade phones and plans. He was able to provide quick and thorough answers to any questions we had, and made the overall experience seamless and stress free! Will be keeping him as my go-to contact for any future inquiries, and I would recommend this Rogers to anyone. Thanks again!

One week ago I impulsively stopped and asked for assistance at the Rogers booth because I was unable to connect my hearing aids and vehicle with Bluetooth. I had already tried getting help at my own mobile provider and they were unable to fix the problem. Despite my being partnered with another provider, Mandeep Gainder quickly offered to help. His expertise soon had my hearing aids connected and then he generously came to my vehicle and connected Bluetooth here as well. I am very grateful and I would like to add that Rogers is extremely fortunate to have Mandeep as an employee.

Mandeep the store manager is awesome! My husband and I initially went to this location to have screen protectors put on our new iPhones, however we left with better plans that include more data and cost less. He also hooked us up on the screen protectors and phone cases. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and even went out of his way to adjust my husbands phone plan on his time off. If you’re looking for great service I highly recommend going here. Rogers is extremely lucky to have Mandeep and his team as employees!

The level of service that I was provided by Mandeep & Annie at the Rogers Semiahmoo location was far beyond my expectations & if I could rate them 10 stars, I would in a second! Mandeep walked me through every single step in a very lengthy processing while trying to port my cellphone number back from my previous employer's account. There was a lot of back and forth required between all parties which took almost 2 MONTHS to resolve, yet every single interaction I had.left me smiling and grateful they were in my corner willing to help. I finally received my new cellphone last night & again, the level of customer service, knowledge, personal connection & genuine care Mandeep showed is something that is not easy to come by - he is an invaluable employee and should be recognized accordingly!

Regional manager Aman and his staff rock! Was a customer of Bell for 20 yrs and they refused to help me when their network died in my area 3 months ago. I am still stuck with over $1000 bill from Bell and Aman hooked me up with a phone, tablet, headphones, phone case and even put the glass cover on perfectly onto the newest Samsung phone. I am very happy now and will take Bell to small claims if I have to.

I was very fortunate to be referred to Mandeep at the Rogers store located at Semiahmoo Shopping Centre in Surrey/White Rock. Mandeep (and his colleagues) did an excellent job of setting me up with a new Iphone. I was on my way to somewhere else to get a new phone and plan, and just popped in to see what they had to offer. I left with a quote, and when I brought it to the competition as well as my former provider, they ALL told me they couldn't match it and to go with the Rogers deal. I returned later in the day near closing time, being the pesky customer I am, but Mandeep stayed past his shift with me to get me set up.was hesitant to switch to I strongly recommend that you consult with Mandeep and his team for all of your mobile needs.

I recently went to this store location and spoke with one of the managers, his name is Mandeep. This Rogers representative treated me so kindly and with such respect. I have never seen EXCELLENT customer service like how he displayed. Mandeep understood my sense of urgency, great communication skills and adhere to what I was mentioning. He gave many solutions to help me with my situation and made sure I was taken care of. I have been to many other Rogers locations and most of the employees were not that great. I would only go back to Mandeep and trust his advise. Thank You for giving my such a great experience and helping me.
