Great store and customer service experience at store the staff was really helpful. Vishal did a amazing job.

Stood in line waiting for close to half an hour. I get that the people were busy with other customers but they didn't even take the time to acknowledge I was there that could have made a big difference and only takes a second. Ended leaving.

My rating is not for this store, it is for Rogers as a provider. Not only Rogers is unreliable but also it is unsecure. Somebody hacked my account, changed my plan and put 2 order under my name, after 4 calls with customer service and being hold on line for more than 2 hours, still they cant help. Be ware their system is weak, unsecure and their customer service is less than 0

Just came in the Roger's in the mall to see about getting data added to my son's phone. I was helped by a salesmen named Yatin. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make it work for us. He even stayed late when the mall was closed. I highly recommend him for all your cell phone needs. If there's a way to make it work He will find it.

Just a place where people get scammed, especially when you are buying a screen protector. Do not buy anything from this store, you will get robbed point blank.

Yatin provides great customer service skills! I came to Rogers looking for an iPhone 14 Pro Max, they didn’t have any at the moment, and Yatin took my information and was the only one to call me back! (I also left the same requests with Best Buy and The Source)
When I came to pick up the iPhone, Yatin went above and beyond to assist with all my requests choosing protection plan, cover, screen, etc.
I had great experience and would recommend!
