Rogers

Originally my phone plan was Shaw. Last week I went into the store to cancel my plan after the Shaw and Rogers merger. The store manager Bhuwan was very personable and answered all my questions about Rogers since I have no previous experience with the company. In the end I changed my mind and decided to stay with Rogers and I had a pleasant customer service experience.

I stopped by with my in-law to transfer a line from Shaw Mobile to Rogers. Mayur helped us do that in a very professional & timely mannor. Excellent service, highly recommend this store. Thanks!

I received a new pixel7 about a week ago and have needed a lot of Rogers assistances for the numerous applications to re-set up. First being in my seventies, I am not a techie guru. Today, Bhurwan at Valley Fair mall help me to delete big files to free up space in my email account. He was knowlegable of a solution that blocked sending email since the storage was full.
He set up a page of the largest emails so I could easily delete a large number at once to free up storage. He was considerate and patient for the half hour I sat there deleting. I appreciate his professionalism.and welcoming back if I have further issues.

This is a wonderful place to get a cell. Friendly people and very helpful. Highly recommend talking with Bhuwan.

Walked into the store and waited for the Rogers girl to be free and then another couple walks in. Then the Rogers girls says “do you have any quick questions for me” I said my contract is over looking to upgrade our phones. She said I won’t have time today because it’s going to take me a full hour with this one customer and then we close…… but doesn’t say anything to the other couple standing there waiting that came after us. I waited outside to see if that couple stays and they did. How do you have time for that couple if this one customer is going to take you a full hour. Had to drive all the way to the surrey Rogers location which was the only one open after I got off work. I hate customer service like this. Then you wonder is it racism.

What an absolute disaster of an in store experience. I went to return my phone as per Rogers buyers remorse program and was treated so poorly the experience made me switch to Telus. One employee was new so I don't place blame on her, however she should not be left alone to Run a store solo when shes not 100% sure on everything. The other employee was so short and unwilling to help, she didn't give me the time of day sending me on a wild goose chase with my kid to Willowbrook. The Willowbrook stores-corporate locations manager - was extremely helpful and mentioned how poor the Fraser valley wireless employee spoke to him as well (he wasn't happy she sent me there as they couldn't do anything). Luckily the regional manager Kelly was a pleasure to deal with and did assist me with what I needed, but based just off in store experience I would avoid this location.

Great store! Excellent service and had my cell protector screen put in in no time! Will definitely go back to buy a phone case when they have the new stock in. Last visit they were out but ordered more in. Fast and friendly! Highly recommend getting your phone accessories there!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop, and specifically Bobby! His customer service is above and beyond! Even with wearing a mask, he recognized me by name when I came into the store to upgrade my device. He has helped me to find a plan that fits in my budget, while helping me to choose the devices that my kids will be excited about.

This is the worst store to get your phone from! I got a second phone a iphone i wanted data on it they put the data on my moms phone the first line i have i pay for for my mom. When i asked them to put the data on my new phone they said i should just switch phones with my mom. I had to argue with the guy then he said he would just return the phone and put everything back to normal. Month later i get a bill with activation fees cancellation fees they held my old number and were billing me for it!
Its months later and im still dealing with the extra charges! Dont go to this store worst customer service ever!

The store has all safety precautions in place but what makes it is the staff. They go over and above to make sure you find and get what you need and came in for.
I worked with Bobby and Gurj. Bobby was running the store and catering to all customers, Gurj came in from being out and didn’t miss a beat. They work so well together and truly are great guys! I will only recommend this store and will be back for sure! Thanks guys!

The worst. They won’t offer you any deals. Every time I go in they over charge me than I call in and they offer way better deals.why? ‍️

Two great young guy's spent an hour setting up my new galaxy S10 with everything I could possibly need and didn't cost me a dime. Fantastic service! Definitely hits the above and beyond category!

I just visited this store few minutes ago and i would say the salesperson working there had no smile, greetings or respect for the customer. I had visited this store before and the store manager was really good but He should do followup with this salesperson as well so that customer Take good experience all the time. On the top of that He was not wearing the name tag so i could not get his name. Smile and greeting is always the first priority to show respect towards another individual.

Needed updated USB C cable. No problem, in stock, knowledgeable sales rep, good price. Had me on my way in no time.
