We just moved from Koodo to Rogers, and only because we were looking to save some $. Our fact finding mission ended up having us leave with a new plan, a new phone, and paying less than we were from our old provider. And all this through the great service and knowledge from Pankaja. She quickly went through the complex contract wording and costs and credits, making it understandable, and ending in a bottom line we were happy with. I highly recommend this Rogers store, and for sure Pankaja. Thank you, Pankaja! (Oh, and how about that camera!)

I went to this location to buy a new phone - which wasn't in stock. I was told by a manager (A. Joshi) that they can request one shipped from their Langley location (they made the phone call while I was there to confirm) and it would arrive 'in a few days'. Two weeks later, no one called me back so I called the store. I was told it 'wasn't in stock' (?) I told the person on the phone that I would like someone to follow up and call me back. It's been 5 weeks now, and.crickets. I took my business elsewhere.

With the new merging of Shaw and Rogers we went in to switch our phone plans over. We were greeted with kind and fast customer service. The agent was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. If we have any questions we will be using this location as our main point of contact. The Powick Rd location was not the same experience. This will be posted as a separate review.

Armaan was very helpful, informative and even got our old phone working to do the data transfer. Great service, friendly and professional

Came in today to get a phone plan for my fiancée and I. Pankaja was super friendly, very helpful, made the process straightforward. 10/10 experience

Signed up for a new cell plan at this location and unfortunately had some issues with billing through the staff there.
After 3 billing periods my frustration led me to contact FVW directly. Immediately Vick got a hold of me, and quickly made things right - and then some.
While there were a few hiccups with the local staff (1 star deducted) my experience with FVW, and Vick in particular, was 5 stars

Just upgraded my iPhone today. The two team members who helped me were super friendly and also knowledgeable. I came in after work at 5pm and they closed at 6pm but they stayed after hours to help set my phone up and make sure I was good to go! Really appreciated it and was happy with my customer service!

I was in the orchard park location and I had a excellent experience with bhupinder Singh he helped me with the purchase of a new iPhone 14 plus he was very knowledgeable on the phones/plans he was polite and made my visit memorable I would recommend going in and speaking with him I will definitely be back 5 stars for sure

Pankaja did a really good customer service. Went there to browse the cases for my new phone and she helped me with the cases and showed me different kinds, and because of this I end up buying my case from her.

Worst service ever. I came to make valid a promotion with Canadian and US minutes, but the lady that assisted me gave me something completely different. The promotion is no longer available, I have visited the branch three times, called the online service center for hours trying to get them honour their word, but nothing. It is very disappointing to receive this service from Rogers.

Aafreen at rogers in Orchard Park mall was incredibly helpful and sweet. She knew her stuff and had me in and out with new devices before my kids could whine!
