Opened an account with Roger's with phone and plan coming from telus. They didn't have the phone I wanted in stock in store so They told me to order online so I did. Couple weeks later they called to tell me that my phone has arrived. I went to the store to pick up the phone, excitingly. Just to find out that I can't get my phone because I apparently upgraded my phone already so I have to wait a month for me to receive my phone. I have never experienced this before. All I know is open an account and get the phone. Simple right. But nope the person who helped me out messed up. And they can't even do anything about. They can't even offer me anything like a credit or something for the inconvenience they have caused. And the $60 mandatory service fee is really ridiculous. When I can just pay myself to do it.

We went there to trade our iPhone 13 with the new iPhone 15 ProMax; we arrived there at about 3 pm and finally, the sales associate named Heidi did what we wanted at 8 pm after wasting our time, although the store was not crowded at all! Besides, while transferring our data from our old phones to the new ones at their back store, she scratched the screen of our new phones and didn’t mention anything about that! She just put screen protectors on them without mentioning anything! At night, when we arrived home, we noticed that the screens of both phones were scratched. The next morning we again went to the store to return those scratched phones, but the staff were not helpful and caused a lot of trouble and headaches for us. To make the long story short, we returned those phones, however, they really annoyed and disappointed us. I DON’T recommend this store at all.

Just want to say Sargam, the assistant manager, is the best! He is very honest, trustworthy and does his best for the customer.

Originally, I had gone into the store to get a specific plan after speaking with Sargam on the phone. However, because I am not with Chatr or Fido prepaid, I did not qualify for that particular plan. I am with another carrier, but I use to be with Rogers long ago.

Sargam recommended I call Rogers directly to see if I could get a good deal. Thank God I followed his advice because I was able to get exactly what I was looking for, plus some!

Visited today, firstly for phone. A guy named Nikhil, was very rude. Seems like he didn’t want to sell anything. He said we don’t have that specific phone in stock, okay…! Make sense. We purchased phone from apple and came back to buy new sim. He was asking so stupid questions and was not even trying to help us.

Had some issues with the billing.the store associate TJ helped me.he was helpful and resolved the concern in a professional and timely manner.

Came in to get an iPad added to my business account to share the data.

After looking up my account I was told to call in and get a sim for it to have the iPad added.

I’m self employed and needed this done today so I could have it in service for Monday.
I could only guess that there was no commission on this service and was turned away and told to call. I would rather save the time than be on hold for this to be dealt with.

Went across the hall to wireless wave and they had no problem calling in to get the issue sorted and have my iPad added to my account.

Absolute laziness and poor customer service.

Thanks Rogers staff for the absolute minimum effort you could muster.

I had the worst experience here! I just got a new Iphone 14 ProMax. The phone retailer entered the wrong email in the system. He confirmed my email with me, and put a different email therefore I didn’t receive my monthly bill from Rogers. He also didn’t confirm with me my account number. He said everything would be sent to my email. I didn’t receive anything! My bill is now $530.00. I set up my credit card for pre authorized payments and they are telling me I never paid my bill and I have proof from my credit card statement. I was lied to, manipulated, and treated so so poorly as a customer. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a phone company. Don’t go to these guys! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating.

Went to rogers at metro to activate samsung 5 watch lte. This place hires students who have no idea how to do anything. They didnt know how to look up phone bill and how to activate a samsung watch. They wouldnt even call rogers to do the activation. They told me to call my self. They gave me the dumbest reason why they could not activate. I bought from best buy with rogers plan so the internet said they could not. So i called rogers myself said the employees at rogers should have callled in to do activation they roperted them. Worst place ever

My wife and I took our phones in to the Rogers store this week to get upgraded models. The service we enjoyed from Heidi was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and all around great.

The assistant manager of this location was unprofessional, rude, and arrogant.

When I asked why he would not allow me to renew my contract EVEN though the call centre had confirmed I could go in to get it renewed with no problems.

The assistant manager when looking at my file rudely told me that "people at the call center never know what they're talking about" and that I wasn't an authorized user on a plan that I've been on with my wife for the last 7 years & I have renewed several times without my wife being present.

When I asked him for a solution, he said "I can't do anything today" and when I told him, I don't want to waste my time driving to the mall and dealing with mall foot traffic

He said "oh well.can't change the rules". I then asked WHY the other reps were able to do it the last 6 times and he pointed at his name tag obnoxiously to where it said "Assistant manager", weird flex, but okay.

I then said, "listen man, I drove here from Vancouver. I want to see if we can have a solution - what can we do" and he said unless I flat out cancel my plan and change my phone number I've had for 7 years, he's out of options.

I then asked how I could go to Telus & get my line switched with the same plan and they would not need to cancel my plan and he said " Go to telus then"

Absolutely disgusting customer service - The assistant manager was horrifically incompetent at his role.

I went there a few months ago and was treated very well, however when I went there after buying a phone to get some basic help and the young girl there refused to help us. Then went back to watching her phone. If Rogers doesn't care about customer service perhaps they should just close that store down!

Just went through updating my plan last week at Rogers.
Taha the customer service rep was solid. He was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly communicated with me throughout the whole process on timing and what he could and couldn't do. Thanks Taha for your help and care.

Sagar was amazing and a customer service superstar. Over three visits to the store he worked over and over to find a solution for my family switching three lines and a smart watch after 30 years at a different carrier. He was clear about what time he would need to make it all work and was incredibly pleasant to deal with and talk to. The supporting staff and his manager were great as well. On our last visit, it just happened that the regional managers were in as well, thankfully, so I could tell them what a great job Sagar and his team did.
My wife and I were both impressed with the experience.

A Manger level Fido employee (start with an H) that works in the Rogers store by Superstore has the worse customer service ever! Doesn't take ownership, unwilling to help, irresponsible, hangs up on customers 2 times and calls customer "crazy woman".

on the othe hand, another junior employee (Altman) was really patient with the customers and took ownership of assisting the customer.

I visited the store on Sat Oct 8th to resolve my account issue. I was greeted by Taha Saddique. He started to find out how to resolve my locked account issue on the computer and calls the customer service line that took him a long time to get through and the problem has been resolved after he and I spending some time on the phone with the customer service line. Then he helped me to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 14 Pro Max; the process was good but he needs to spend another 2 hours to help transfer the data from the old phone to the new phone. Finally it got done and I walked out the store very happy with his service and patience. Good job!
