My Google pixel 6 pro had a cracked screen and I needed to speak to someone to see what my options were. Trishant was extremely helpful and pleasant and explained all options in detail, which allowed me to make an informed decision. He was very considerate and would recommend him to anyone needing support with their Rogers plan!

After speaking with an online agent last night I was directed to a Rogers store I went in. The worker was rude, ignorant and constantly interrupted me telling me that I would have to return my phone two hours away. Unacceptable customer service and admittedly he says he’s told others the same. A long time customer, corporate was quite interested in the fact they were under the Rogers logo. Won’t step foot in that place again!
