Poor customer service, Manager don’t even know which plan is going on and misguide us for like a week. Didn’t recommend to anyone.

Ridiculous - Trying to buy $1400 new phone at Rogers walnut grove - they cannot find my cell #, account # in their system, even though I have my statement right here for them to see. Been a customer since 2012. No problem accessing account in my phone. What the heck? !? ! Waste of time.

There is only one person working and my daughter and I have been waiting for over an hour. On initial inquiry was told it would be a 20-30 min wait. Returned and was told it would be an additional 15 min. Have now been waiting an additional 20 minutes on top of the 15 with no end in sight. After all this time we are not wanting to leave because then all the time of waiting would have been for nothing. Feeling frustrated.: (

Gautam was awesome and provided excellent service when I switched from Koodo to Rogers. He is very professional and friendly even with a constant flow of customers coming in.

Shallu is patient and helpful. We had to change our plans. The process was completed and took time, but she walked us through the steps and professionally set up the plan for us. Highly recommend.

When there are lots of people at the store, don't bother to put your name down for them to text you when it’s your turn, stay in the store because they won't text you! I walk around the mall and expecting a text message, so I waited and with less than 30 minutes before closing time, I walk in the store, the staff were just sitting and chatting with one another! I did not complain about no text message because I wasted enough time already and I just want to enquire about what plans are available, the staff’s attitude was impatient and condescending, l will definitely change to another service provider.

Went in there asking for an additional sim card on my plan. The agent in there did not tell me that there was a $50 charge as a set up fee. I thought he should have told me upfront but he didn't. Any way, I said no and cancelled the request. Now Rogers sent me the bill with that $50 charge still! Why the lack of any decent customer service there? !

If you're want 10/10 service, go see Shallu at this location. She made the process easy and enjoyable for me while providing amazing service!

I have been to this store twice now and have had bad experiences both times. Only 1 person is working and I wait over an hour to speak with someone. I’ve had employees be rude to me, I asked for a cell phone to be ordered and to be called when it comes in and they had it come in then didn’t call me and gave it to someone else (which the employee admitted to me) they set up my phone plan wrong both times when I’ve been in here and I’ve had to go to other locations and spend hours on the phone getting it fixed. Don’t waste your time at this store
