Went in because had not received my new SIM card and they took care of that really fast and prompt excellent service

Told us we had to replace our 5g sim card because it was broken. WRONG. They couldn't help with anything and mainly pushed thier insurance on us. We called the rogers help line and got the help we needed in quick time.

I had been to the Rogers store 3 times in Courtenay and was turned away as I was told to wait for my transfer package to go from Shaw to Rogers. No package ever arrived. Online chat said package must be lost and go back to the store. Tracey spent almost an hour to find out package was never sent and switched over my two lines. She even went and got a water for my son who needed to take pain meds from his surgery the day before. Top notch employee!

Ever since Roger’s took over Shaw The internet keeps dropping and the 24/7 tech support for this company is subpar at best

I went in with a few questions about travelling with my iPhone and Rogers plan. The sales consultant was very helpful and eager to prevent me from spending more than I needed to. He suggested I buy a Sim card in Mexico. He also informed me of details of the ROGERS roaming plan. He further explained benefits, that would work for me with a ROGERS MasterCard. I felt very satisfied with the service.

Witnessed an incredibly poor customer service experience while waiting for customer service myself here today. It's too long to get into, but the employee was incredibly condescending, disrespectful, and was unable to keep his cool. I did not feel comfortable in the store. All of the remaining employees were in the back and had to come out into the lobby of the store when words became escalated. This person should not be interacting with customers, and poorly represents both the location and Rogers as a whole. The person that assisted me was great. Hopefully you are provided with service from anyone but the aforementioned man.

Ibinsha was an excellent in store person who help me get everything in order to get my new account up and running and gave great advise about phone choice. It is particularly special to me how well he did because of the brain surgery i had a year ago can make language and memory challenging at times and he was very understanding of it. Thanks so much for everything you did for me.

A complete painless and quick migration from Shaw to Rogers. I had heard horror stories of how difficult it was and Benson had 3 phones switched over in less than an hour with full explanation of the change.
