The store manager at this store is terrible with customer service. He has no sense of respect for customer's time and has no work ethics.

I spent 3 hours to simply get a SIM card due to countles unnecessary administrative hurdles from his side. He didn't care I had a Roger's customer service representative on the phone instructing him to proceed.

He spent his afternoon talking and laughing with customer / friends from his home country in his native language.

I posted a complaint on Roger's site. I have recordings of all the phone calls and interactions with Rogers I will submit as proof.

This terrible person should never work with customers again! He is a shame as a manager with no sense of business or customer support. He is damaging Roger's company reputation. He should be removed

I have never been to a place like that. Today Igo there and asked something, An Indian guy (fat boy) was there as a seller, he is really rude person. I never come back to this branch. They never any information to discussion and respect to customers. Customer service was 0.
I’m ask to is it possible to sure you answer from supervisor. He answered I don’t need to ask I know! He never stand up answer me at least.
I forget the Rogers Co.
And never recommend to any one.

Worst customer service ever I could get no one help they gave us a sim and told us to set everything our self

The guy named Rafeek here don’t know how to talk with the customers and people here working don’t know about the plans what Roger’s is offering. I am one of the preferred customers that are using only Roger’s from last 5 years but the trust was build with Roger’s now don’t worth it.

Thank you Roger’s for your service but no thank you.
I am not going to deal with Roger’s anymore now.
