A certain male individual (Cranbrook store) sold me a phone with a contract and informed me I was within the coverage area only later to have my cell service canceled by Rogers because because I was in an extended coverage area please be aware this individual seems to be more interested in me giving him a good review (as he asked several times to mention his name) and making a sale than checking what he's doing
