Rogers

Went in to buy another apple phone because I love apple care plus warranty but instead they slapped me with a rogers warranty plan asked me for $500 to replace my phone when apple care plus is only $100 to replace and you get 2 replacements. Long story short they ruined Apple products for me I went to google changed over to bell after paying my last bill I gave them my new phone number to add to my wifi account with Shaw and they did not record the number so now I have to go to rogers in Kelowna to find better customer service to pay my account and put my new number on file. I've been to them various times with an outstanding balance they say doesn't exist they can't find it but it is existing and it's adding up.

They have totally bungled the transition from Shaw, NO sim card and NO phone service for two days… They cut me off and would not give me a card at the store… When they transferred the account only 1 person was on joint accounts, I could not get my sim card, when I discussed with Shaw they told me I had full access however Rogers did NOT acknowledge the transfer in my name as a customer… you broke my contract

My first time in, I spoke with Byron. Have to say he was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. After checking other providers, Byron was the biggest reason I came back the second time. This time, I spoke to Eric. He was truly amazing. Bought plans! Whatever you do, you want Eric investing himself in your business. Incredible person.
