Walked onto the Campbell River Roger's store this morning and renewed my contract in about 10 minutes! Kuran was very helpful, knowledgeable and it was far far better than dealing with people on the phone!

Excellent job KURAN! I'm happy with your support today at the Campbell River location.
We were struggling for 4 hours to get our new phone at the courtenay location and the express delivery was not working how it should & the fido customer service over the phone was poor.
However, we went into the Campbell River location and KURAN got us fixed up and out within 20 minutes. 1 motivated worker can change your whole day, literally.

Excellent job to KURAN! We were so happy with the support we received at the Campbell River location.
After going to the Courtenay location and struggling on and off for 4 hours to get our new phone with express delivery (which was anything but express), we called fido and after a lengthy conversation changed the pick up to Campbell River where we got our phone in minutes!
The whole experience was made better and he even put a screen protector on the phone! We’ll be going to this location for all our mobile needs here on out!

Kuran in Rogers, Campbell River has a perfect attitude towards clients, ready to help solve the problem arisen, looking into the depth of it, trying his best to find out what can be done to make the client feel satisfied, happy. He is definitely not the one who will tell you: "Sorry, I am helpless here" or "I do not establish rules" etc. I am totally grateful to him for his professionalism.
