We switched from Shaw to Rogers and Farida, the staff member who brilliantly helped us, not only was helpful but also really kind and pleasant. My phone was quickly activated, she walked us through the whole process and it was just great. Highly recommend!

This 5 star review is for the staff and not the people that run Rogers Corporate. Your staff at this store were the only reason I did not cancel my old Shaw account and go to Telus.
Sept 7 2023 around 6pm.

I was with Shaw and the web page still says that the Shaw store is open and in the mall. I walk around for 20 minutes before I was told at the information desk that it was closed and now I had to go to the rogers store. Real nice customer service from Roger Corporate off the bat (sarcastic). Boo

Waited around for 20 minutes to not be acknowledged by employees just to get a sim card. Finally get one and when I get home I realize its a 7 year old sim card that doesn't support 5G. Thanks for wasting my time

When we signed up for our contract we were promised $200 in bill credits as well as money back off the bill for screen protectors & charging cord.

We never received the bill credit so we call Rogers and they told us to contact the store.

We went into the store in Langley and was told that we received it, but when he actually looked at the bill he saw that the money never came off and said he would look into it and get back to us.

We then relocated to Vernon.

I disliked my iPhone XR so I got out of my contract early and got a iPhone 11 Pro on their new edge financing plan. At the time I purchased it the sales person told me I could return the phone at any time and get a new phone.

At the Vernon store he also looked up our file and saw the notes saying we hadn’t received the bill credit, he advised us to contact Rogers online.

We then went back to the Langley store and they again said they would look into and get back to us.

Nothing happened. I contacted Rogers mainline and they refused to do anything, claimed that there was nothing they could do and we had to deal with the Langley store.

In addition to this, when I updated my phone my plan for my watch didn’t transfer over, I paid for months for a plan that was not connected to my watch. Nobody at Rogers told me and they refused to do anything for us.

At this point we were completely fed up and decided we would pay the extra money to cancel our plan and move to Telus.

I contacted Rogers chat services to find out what it would cost to cancel our services all in. They told me the cancellation fee, device balances, and an additional $450 if I don’t return the phone.

I went into the Vernon Store and asked them to take back my phone on the edge financing. They said they couldn’t do that until the plan was cancelled and once I ported my number to Telus and cancelled the plan, they would send me something to return my phone in. They also confirmed my phone was in good enough condition to be returned.

I just got off the phone with Rogers and they are now telling me that I cannot return the phone because I cancelled my contract early. They do not care that on 3 separate occasions I was told I could return my phone by Rogers employee’s. They said that’s why we have a contract and people make mistakes. He was extremely rude and just kept quoting policy to us.

I have never in my life received such appalling customer service from one company. I am out $750 ($200 for the original bill credit & $450 edge financing) on top of the money to cancel my plan. Not to mention the months I paid for a plan that was not attached to anything for my watch.

Do not ever get a contract with Rogers. They do not care about their customers and will do absolutely nothing for you.

In the past I have been with Telus, as frustrating as they can be they have always tried to help their customers. Once at a franchised Telus store the employee screwed up and Telus ended up giving us about $1000 back even though it was at one of their franchises not actually owned by Telus. Rogers on the other hand said they can’t do anything because it’s a franchised store. We original switched to Rogers because we needed more data and they had a better plan at the time. I could not be happier to be back with Telus.

Had a top notch experience the other day. Go see Mike if you are headed to this location. Took his time and walked through everything and made sure my phone plan and set up was good to go.

Bad experiences at this location. Find a different rogers outlet location. While some of the staff at this store do truly try their best and you can see it, store management doesn't care about any issues you may have and just chases profits. Avoid this location incase you have to return with even a minor issue. You will save yourself a lot of headache. There is a reason this outlet has such mixed reviews.

I love how this place cant take Canadian funds and expect someone to use a credit card. Rodgers needs to step up its game and understand not everybody is cash poor and needs to use a credit card. 21 hours if wasted time. Telus had me dealt with in 25 minuts with a better priced plan and the service was 10x better.

Went here and upgraded our phones. The service was good and we thought everything was good to go. Then we received our bill. Everything got all messed up.

Bad experience with this location. I was originally helped by Daniel, who was extremely helpful and kind. There were unintentional mix-ups that occurred and when I asked to speak to the manager to hopefully fix things, she was extremely unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation for herself, she put me on speaker phone with Daniel for us to each explain our sides of the story.putting me in an uncomfortable situation. I've worked in management for 5 years and a situation like this should have been dealt strictly between the manager and the customer. And in the end, she offered no help except "trying to sell my phone to someone and buy out my contract" or buy a new phone if I'm not happy. I've been with Rogers for 5 years and have always been happy with their service; this is my first time dealing with this store.

My grandmother and I were here yesterday and had the pleasure of having Daniel helping us. A few days before, my grandmother had gone to a different location only needing to hook up her little phone that she only needs in an emergency and they tried to up sell her to a $400 phone.
She obviously walked out and they didn't get her business.
When I took her to Willowbrook, Daniel was more than happy to help us with exactly what she needed. Thank you Daniel for not not being a 'pushy salesman' and actually helping us with the perfect plan. Much appreciated!
