Newton location is very busy location but staff is very calm and helpful towards customers. Need more staff and some sitting area for customers if they have to wait.

I was there on Black Friday or cyber Monday. Avi helped me out. Wow. The guy is a rockstar. Give him a raise and a promotion. He was VERY helpful. Very quick. Went above and beyond what was expected. I live in Vancouver, but work in Surrey. But if I ever have to go to a Roger’s store again I’ll be going to this location to deal with Avi. 5/5! 10/10! Great work brother. Keep up the good work!

Avi provided amazing customer service. After being on the phone with Rogers customer service for 3 1/2 hours over a few days, I was extremely frustrated with Rogers. I then went into the store and Avi resolved my issue within minutes. Highly recommend this store and Avi.

Vikas and his Trainer Arpan both were excellent in customer service, helped us in purchasing new iphone max. They were very patient and quick with the information. They also provided all necessary details about plan and device in a very easy way. I like people who keep things simple.

Went there to get new phone and she simply just said that I need to go to other locations because this is just a service store. I don't know what that meant because few moments ago I talked with customer care and they told me to go to this store and get my phone as the phone was available at this location according to their record but when I get there, the lady just denied that and told me to go on another location.

Worst experience ever went there to buy a blank sim card as i had to get line activated from my employer located in Montreal. The lady was very rude and had no knowledge. She told me rogers don’t sell blank sim cards anymore and asked me to activate a new line with her to get sim card. I asked her where can i get blank sim card and she lied to me that rogers don’t sell blank sim card and i had to go to another store to buy sim card.

I’m really happy with the service provided at this Rogers Location. Namanpreet and Waqar were very friendly and patient, and they find and give you the best deals they can. Thank you very much for making it a smooth process and making my day!

Purchased a phone and signed up for a new plan here. However they did not give me an option of how much storage I wanted on my phone just defaulted me to the most basic phone. When I realized later on they were willing to fix the error so I made a second trip back to the store, however upon arriving back to the store they informed me then that none of their stores had the colour and storage combination I wanted and then I’m assuming because they were worried about losing a sale at this point told me that I could just purchase iCloud storage. Which does not expand your phone storage, iCloud storage simply just backs up your phone data but once something is deleted from your phone it will be deleted from the Cloud. So super unimpressed with the misinformation they tried to provide me. In addition I have not received any copy of my service agreement even though they told me that it’s been emailed. I don’t think I will ever be returning to this particular location in the future.

The manger that works there is such a greedy and dishonest fellow. I bought an I Phone 11 pro from his shop, i made sure that i explained him that i wanted the cheapest option for me, he still gave edge 40 plan with a tablet for 24 months, and after me confirming with him multiple time that would it cost me extra money, he said no it wont, and said tablet is absolutely free.i just found out if i pay off my phone sooner i will still have to pay 225 extra for tablet.and had i gone with no tablet instead of edge 40 plan my monthly payments would have been way cheaper. ($75 instead of $115)
Anyone buying a phone from this place, be aware of this scammer.

Spent 5 minutes last week in the store with my brother, and the store manager didn't acknowledge us when we came in. Nor did he ask us if we had any questions regarding the products. He was just talking on phone in his own language Wow. Is it possible to give zero stars?

I went there to get a new device and the staff helped me a lot in selecting a device which suits my need.

I had a great experience with this location in comparison to other Rogers stores. The staff are extremely helpful and want to help you. They are friendly. I ordered an iPad Pro from them and it can quickly and they helped me set it up.

If you want to get treated well I would highly recommend this Rogers store.

I Went to store for upgrading my 2 devices and i was very impressed by the service they offered. The staff was professional, welcoming and patient. They explained me each and everything in details.i also bought 4 jam speakers that are really great.it was really a great experience and i walked out with a new phone and great deal.
