Went in just before New Year's and the staff were immensely rude and clearly have little experience with customer service. Witnessed them upset a family in front of me and somewhat laugh as they left. I went to Wireless Wave across the way and had an amazing experience. The Wireless Wave rep said it happens all the time. There's no place in this day and age to treat customers as they do at Rogers Coquitlam Centre.

A little over two weeks ago after getting a new iPhone (and adding a 2nd line to my account) for my boyfriend at the Apple store upstairs I went downstairs to the Rogers to only one associate working in the store and not even greeting myself nor my boyfriend when we entered the store. At one point I saw another associate open the door to the back room he saw me and immediately slammed the door shut. I really needed my phone set up for my boyfriend and was completely appalled at the lack of professionalism from this Rogers location and it's staff. We ended up going across the way to wireless Wave where they were more than happy to give us the time of day and help us with our new line and phone needs. I would not recommend this Rogers location to anyone as they clearly do not care about their customers whatsoever and have no professionals working for them.

Sales guy was new and didn't mention before or after closed the sales. All the hidden details regarding the customer satisfaction cancellation policies. Even customer service was the worst part, it's a nightmare and very aggressive. Roger should consider get a personality test before hiring.

I went in store first thing in the morning. There was no line up so I was helped right away. The store manager came out to help me and got my hardware upgrade done quickly and efficiently. It was a corporate plan so I will be sure to send other coworkers his way.

Wow, great customer service from manager Jas today. He put a ton of effort into saving us money and getting us the right phones. He's knowledgeable about phones and Rogers, and that was a great combination.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I am a Rogers customer and I have a Rogers line since August 2021. I reserve Apple watch, its arrived, but they do not give me because I have no photo driver license. (I have BCID and yellow driver license)

Went in the store to pay for my phone bill and I only had a debit card. Went in a some guy was there and was not friendly whst so ever. Explained to him I need to pay for my bill which I’ve done before he told me it has to be a credit card bevause we aren’t allowed to use the machine for debit we were told we can’t do instore bills with a debit card. I told him I did it before and it doesn’t make sense not everyone has a credit card or debit credit. He looked at me and walked away. Will not be going back there again!

Came in as I needed to get a phone plan and brought my own device. No pressure to sell me a new phone and the staff were super helpful. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Fabulous customer service! Good job!

All right, this is a story all about how my phone crapped out of no where The price to fix the screen was too high, and so I thought "Just get a new one. " My contract was up so I headed to Rogers, told them my needs and was given an S22. Was a struggle to get the data transfer with a broken screen, eventually succeeding. While waiting they even offered to get me a coffee. All in all great experience.

The best customer service! We came 30 mins befire closing, but didn't feel rushed for a second. Ronnie and Jas made ordering a new phone easier than placing an order for a coffee. They gave us all the options, helped understand the plan and what will be changed. I wish all Rogers stores had knowledgeable, professional and fun employees like them.

Very unprofessional,

I called Rogers and they told me to go to a store and get a SIM card, and they will add a line on my existing account

When I went there they simply denied that they cannot give me a SIM card. I also made them talk to Rogers representative over the phone and they told him they cannot do it,

wasted my time

Worst customer service experience of my life. Start with sending me the wrong phone over the mail so when I call customer care and tell them about it, after half an hour of holding on the phone I ask if I can return it over the mail, but they suggest I should go to the nearest Rogers store and exchange it there. After coming to the store I sign up my name on the wait list and end up waiting 72 MINUTES for my turn to arrive only for them to say they cannot help me and that I should call customer care and send it by mail instead. What an absolute joke of a company.

Anthony was so great to deal with at this store. Patient and understanding when I came to this store with what I thought was a broken SIM card/network issues. Turns out I had privately bought a cell phone that was on the blacklist. He helped me acquire a new phone and transferred everything over while keeping me calm in a crisis! Thanks Anthony!

After getting a new phone and 2 others set up (took, no exaggeration, over 1.5 hours), got promised no activation fee. Then when I saw it, went back to the store and was promised a $75 credit on my bill.said it would take 2-3 billing cycles.well, that was NOVEMBER.now it's MARCH, and still nothing. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING they tell you.

Not very helpful, in my experience the guys that work here give off a rude vibe and don't seem to want to help you. Every time I've been here all they seem to want to do is make commission and not genuinely help, or tell you to go to the website for information. Will be going to another provider

I’ve been going to this location over 3 years. Kevin, who works there has an OUTSTANDING customer service! I always enjoy dealing with him. Every time it’s easy, quick and with the positive result! He does really care about the customer. I work with customers too, so I can differentiate outstanding from just okay or bad. Please keep Kevin on your radar for the promotion to a higher management level.

Do not Trust Rogers, terrible customer services and they add $5 to my $60 plan with 10G I don't know why? Anyway I cancel my Rogers services never go back there again.

Data cut off on November 26, so we increased the plan. Data still cut off and Rogers can't figure out why. So when we complained, they cut off the phone service as well. Now we have no cell service for our phone. Rogers says "replace the phone" as they maintain that the service is working as expected. Their tier 1 staff follow a script and in the three phone calls, they have followed the script every time. They have little or no knowledge of how the phone works. And they don't read the previous incident numbers to see what was done previously. Now I have 3 incidents / tickets open (the Rogers staff seem insistent on telling that it is a "ticket" and Rogers seems to like to close their tickets as quickly as they are opened (Great for reporting to the CRTC, even though it's misleading.)
