Thank you Ali and his team. I didn't expect to receive such an excellent service. I had an issue with the transfer of my numbers from Shaw to Rogers so I asked for assistance and thought they would just give me a number to call. But they spent time to fix it for me today and I appreciate it so much.

I was with Shaw. Rogers told me if I switch my cell phone, bill would be the same. Got my first bill it was double. Rogers assistant very unhelpful, most of there staff don’t speak good English. Honestly is not in this company policy. They have so many lies. Stay away from Rogers

My experience with Tim, the manager, was perfect. He helped me with my cell phone and account where no other Rogers employee (at their call centers) or even third party dealers like WirelessWave could. Would highly recommend; I tried to give a 10/10 on the Rogers survey/e-mail but it expired.

I have been a loyal customer of Rogers cellular telephone service for over two decades and I have been extremely happy, especially with their customer service. I walked into Brentwood Mall the other day and had the fortune of meeting/ dealing with “Tim” the store manager. Once again I was completely impressed with the service, friendly, helpful, professional and compassionate to all my questions/concerns regarding any issues brought forward. Always taking all and any extra steps required to resolve, making me feel like a valued customer.

Varun was not very helpful at the store in Brentwood Town center and he didn't finish the transaction, he told me that with Covid19 restrictions I had to change my account on the phone from personal to business but it wasn't true, when I called on the phone they said it could be done at the store, infact he started my account plus he told me that as a small business traveling also for work I couldn't get the free earbuds that are in promotion right now. That is not true as small businesses for Rogers means less than 10 lines not distinction from jobs description as it would be discrimination. Please Rogers do the right training for people working in your stores as they represent you. I had a great experience with Allen at business customer service.
My advice is before doing any change or transaction at the store, look at Rogers website all the promotions they have including devices models.

The store is clean and with a nice staff. Is was not too busy, but there were people waiting in the line for around 5 to 10 minutes.
The vendor who take care of my case was super useful and resolve my issue. I can say he were above and beyond for me.

Rogers at Brentwood mall they help me with my phone now it's fixed they are pretty good service there I go there all the for years now, I like them ️

I get great service here to top up my chatter phone every month they are helpful and offer s slu of cellular services here and lots of phones to choose from!

I'm a long time Rogers customer. I had to get a replacement phone for my wife. The sales staff was very helpful and made sure that I didn't pay more than I had to.

Incredibly rude. I went in to upgrade my phone "manager on duty" was quite rude and really enjoyed telling me that he will have to change my entire plan to get a new phone and up my fees and I am "underpaying" then proceeded to tell me to go to Freedom mobile or version. I had to stop him and tell I'm that his customer service very poor. This is why amazon and other online companies are beating out retail stores. People simply lack personal skills and customer service. Ben, because of you I will be looking for a new company, but I am sure you could care less.
