I had a fantastic experience at the Rogers store today with Sheldon. He was able to help me upgrade my device with no fuss and was incredibly efficient.

Looking back at older reviews, it seems like previous management and/or employees did not deliver good customer service & experience. - That is a thing of the past.

Sheldon is a good person, he lead with questions, listened and found solutions.

My experience here was top notch. 100% would recommend. I will continue to do business with Rogers and support this location.

Dan went above and beyond to help my partner upgrade her phone. Whilst doing this he was also able to lower my bill as well.

Ive got multiple phones and plans through Dan and will continue to do so into the future.
I can not recommend his services enough.

Best rogers experience I’ve had as a customer in years! I walked in near closing time and the store was sweltering hot from the heat and no air conditioning. The rep was helpful, efficient (and hilarious) and went out of his way (worked way past closing) to make sure I had a smooth experience.
Very happy customer and will return to that store for that rep specifically!

Absolutely worst customer service. Walked in asking a technical question and was told to go elsewhere. Asked if I could purchase a green iPhone 13 and was told if I want different colors to just go to the apple store. Employee was very entitled said he’s the only employee for the last two years and doesn’t want to help out.

I am so grateful for Dan's services, I came into the Rogers store with my phone screen cracked and also did not like my phone to begin with. Dan explained to me how I could pay to fix my screen or pay close to the same amount and upgrade to a phone I actually liked. He helped me find the perfect phone with a great camera, I told Dan the things I wanted in a phone and he made it realistic! What I appreciate the most about Dan is how honest he was about all the phones and their pros vs cons, he was extremely knowledgeable about everything. He was also able to get my overall phone bill LOWER than what it originally was and was able to get my partner a discount too. Dan knows his stuff and will work to get you on the best plan. He is also great company with funny stories, I highly recommend coming here for any phone service needs.

I called to ask about options for upgrading my phone. I've been a client for several years.

I was told to come into the store and when I explained that I was working away in a remote location in northern Canada with limited phone access and required information via email rather than in person I was told he had neither inclination nor time to assist me. (This makes no sense as if I came into the store it would take just as much time.)

I was very rudely and snappily told to call the "multi-million" dollar Rogers line and that he wasn't willing to take any time to assist. To which I replied again that I had limited phone access hence the request for information via email. He became increasingly rude in response to a calm and polite request.

I am local to Squamish and always try to support local businesses.

I am highly disappointed to be treated so poorly in response to a polite request. It wasn't just that he refused to help but that his entire manner was extremely rude.

The conversation could have been handled in a respectful manner.

I would give zero stars if possible.

Very helpful store! I met an amazing worker called Daniel who went above and beyond to help me with the enquiry I had. My first day in Canada so I truly appreciate what he done for me. A gesture I simply won’t forget so if you guys are ever in Squamish and need help with your phone I strongly recommend Rogers!

I went to this store today to help my sister return her phone and get an iPhone she has 15 days to return and trade. When we entered he was nice as she asked to get a better phone because the one he sold her you can not get a case for it and one drop phones gone but he did not care and said can’t trade it box is damaged and then the rudeness come Spewing form the large man’s mouth very rude and the 400 pound man tried to use his size to intimidate us. Then told me to get outa his store so I did as I did. I got outside smiled at him and he came running out of the store took his mask off pit his face 2 feet away from me trying to start a fight. Roger’s employees are a bit hot tempered when they rip a person off. Good luck everyone but don’t wIst your time

I went into the Rogers store in Garibaldi heights in squmaish bc on Tuesday aug 3 and tried to set up 4 data accounts and the man working literally said it was too much work for him and had been “pumped for customers all day” and didn’t want to do it.

I was about to drop over $1000 on data plans for a corporate account and he just “didn’t want to”

The guy working was incredibly rude

VERY disappointing experience. I had issues ordering a phone from Rogers online (Squamish is outside of their pro-on-the-go service area and there wasn't a regular shipping option available), so I decided to go to the Rogers store. It is across town and I am without a vehicle so I called to make sure the store was still there, and open. Tried calling several times with no answer, it just rang and rang.
I thought I'd go anyway. When I walked in the sales rep was watching loud online videos and didn't turn it off when I came in. I told him I was interested in opening a new account and asked if he had any iphone 12 minis in stock. He flatly told me no, they don't have any and won't be getting any for months (presumably stocks are low?). He didn't offer any alternatives so I asked if he could possibly have one ordered for me and shipped to the store. I explained my situation with the online ordering and hoped for a work-around. He gave me zero help or suggestions and all but showed me the door. I then let him know if he had answered the phone he would have saved me a lot of time.
At this point he started sarcastically telling me how "positive this all was" and how I was "really filling his cup".
I've worked in customer service nearly my whole life and I am appalled that someone would say these things to a customer. I ended up going across the street, both London Drugs and the Telus store had the phone I wanted in stock. Rogers lost a customer, what a joke this was!

Dan at Rogers Squamish is absolutely amazing. I had issues with my Rogers account and Dan was able to work out a plan that was best suited for my wants and needs, as well as knocking a significant amount of money off my Bill each month. As a first responder on the North Shore, Dan implemented a Rogers discount which was a pleasant surprise. Dan is personable, courteous, and a very good problem solver. This equates to amazing customer service and if you’re looking for a plan that works better for you, Dan will find it. Thank you!

Had a complicated customer issue originated from the call centers. I went for help from my local store and was not disappointed. Had great follow up from Dan he took charge from start to finish and professionally ended my issue, due to this response I will remain a Rogers customer and look forward to doing my upgrade in March with the store. Much better service than I received in Whistler.

The British guy was terrible, WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced in my life.
He was extremely rude, dismissive, and refused to let me use their store phone to call Rogers. (mine was broken)

Dan Tanner was great to deal with. He's answered all my questions, has followed up with me, and keeps me informed about new products / services he thinks I'd benefit from. I have a long history in telecoms across New Zealand, Australia, and here. I wish I could have staffed all my stores with Daniel's. Keep up the good work!

I was with Fido for 2 years and had a bad plan with very little data. I spoke with Dan who went through a number of differnet options available to me. I was so happy with his service and the deal that I was getting my partner and I switched to Rogers right away after speaking with Dan. 10GB for pretty much the same price that I was paying, 2 great deals but there's only one great Dan. Thanks for everything.

Dan Tanner was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond for me and my girlfriend. And the follow ups Dan made were great.
Really made me feel like I was a valued customer.
I will definitely continue to use Rodgers for my phone and will likely get a WiFi plan with them as a result of Dan!

This British guy convinced me to buy a screen cover for my phone that he recommended and after 30 days it literally fell off. Went into the store and his dog growled at us and showed teeth and he didn't even want to discuss the issue. He stood up to potentially even fight me. I'll be taking this as high up as possible. This guy has was great to make a sale but horrible to deal with when u have an issue. Your aggressive dog shouldn't even be in the store.

Not sure how accurate 5 stars about Daniel are but I had the worst customer service ever. Every question I asked him the answer was “I don’t know”. The questions were about device balance, how much data I had, what was included in plan etc. He tried to make a few jokes which were not even close to funny. I also heard other people’s experiences with the same person and people leave the store shocked. Many people like myself ported the number over so I wouldn’t have to deal with incompetent person like himself.

This manager should be fired or reprimanded. Daniel is a disgrace to phone sales. The people who have positive review do not realise how bad this sales rep is. Give your head a shake. Better service at virtually any other Roger's store. Will not return EVER!

Took a while for me to be convinced that the Sea to Sky phone guy could do me a better deal for my Rogers phone. I had been to a previous Rogers dealer and was almost fed up of seeing expensive bill after bill, when I was barely using my phone. It only took 1 look from Dan to see that I was paying too much and using the wrong plan for me. His professionalism and dedication to finding me the right deal with Rogers, was tireless. Even after I had agreed on a plan he had suggested, he contacted me a week later to let me know he could get me an EVEN better deal. If you have any doubt about the telco's ripping you off, talk to Dan at Roger's in Squamish and he will totally help you out, better than you thought a dealer could do. Cheers Dan. Do you like getting bent over a barrel when it comes to your mobile plan?
Do you love the feeling of cell phone companies getting everything and getting nothing?
Do you wish that you could get less data for more money?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this location is not for you. Dan The Man went to bat for me and got me an incredible deal, a brand new phone, extra data, and I am paying about the same as I was before, but with all this sweet sweet data. Just think of the things I'll learn on the go!

Directions while driving? Check.
Instructions on how to dress a rattlesnake bite while hiking? Sure.

There's literally no end to it.

Anyways. This location is the best.

Both me and my wife's plans were killing us so I was told to talk to Dan. He single-handedly whipped both out phone plans into beautiful shape. Saved us TONS of money and he did it all immediately. When it comes to our phone plans in the future Ill talk to no one else.

Certainly wish Rogers would listen to this rep. He fought on my behalf with them to honor a deal they offered me. It took few hours to make it happen and he never gave up til I got what was promised. We need more service reps like this, Thank you Daniel - job well done
