Went to this store to upgrade my iPhone. The service is great, staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The store manager, Harry spent a lot of time trying to find me the best deal available both in terms of the device and the plan. All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend it.

Marcus served us today and we knew exactly what we were looking for. He didn't have what we wanted and he was extremely helpful finding us a store that had what we needed. He answered all of our question's and was extremely honest and explained everything in understandable terms. I wish all consumer interactions were this easy. I would recommend his service highly.

I broke my iPhone X screen this week and went in for a replacement. William and his colleague were very helpful and provided me with a number of solutions in an enthusiastic and friendly manor. Overall it was a super positive experience and I would highly recommend visiting this location.

Great friendly service by knowledgeable staff members. I was referred to this location by Joy at their partner Fido to set up a plan for my child that needs a tremendous amount of data. I rather pay a set price then having to continuously pay for top-ups if I'd added her onto my Fido account. Location also has convenient parking and it seems that major transit lines have a stop here as well.

I stopped in asking for help about why I kept getting charges for iMessages sent on wifi and William just looked through my phone and offered me a new plan with more data for $15 less per month but then I’d have to pay extra for enhanced voicemail ($20) which is more expensive in the long run. Got snarky Shen I asked how that solved my problem since it’s not from going over my data limit. Obviously only interested if they can make a sale by changing my plan.

Friendly staff and amazing atmosphere when I visited. The staff are very knowledgeable and are able to help me solve my issues right away.

Awesome service from Will and Vy. My phone got water damage and i upgraded today to the Galaxy S20 and they gave me a free tablet and beats by dre for $4 a month.

Marcus was very helpful with moving my service from a different provider and adding it to an existing Rogers account, he explained the details of our bill and the promotions and was able to keep my existing phone number and transfer it over in no time! Thanks for your help Marcus, great customer service!

Had a pretty unpleasant experience yesterday at this Rogers. I went in hoping to upgrade my phone and stay on the same plan. All I was told from the employee was "my recommendation is the iPhone SE" to which I said "okay, what are the details? " and was only told the price for cancelling my current contract and buying out my current phone. The employees spent more time talking with each other about the process than with me and after 15 minutes one of them comes back with an iPhone SE. I wasn't asked how much storage, what colour, or even if this was the phone I indeed wanted. I ended up leaving (after asking for my phone back - which they had already taken the glass screen protector off) with no contract and no new phone and absolutely zero answers. I used to have great experiences at this location but that all changed yesterday.

Vy provided outstanding service to me. She went through all the options methodically and made sure I got the value promotions. Even though the store was busy she took her time and helped me get all my contents to my new phone. Even her collegue got in the game.

The late night crew was great. I was the last customer in there and I kept them a little late and they made me feel like it was no nuisance at all. As my main one was taking care of my account the other helped me pick accessories and the last helped me get my stubborn magnet off my phone. Great team, great energy, good vibes all around. Thanks to you all for helping the least tech savvy human get what she needed!

The staff in particular Marcus and the store Manager William were incredibly helpful the past couple of weeks in setting up my new phones and all of my questions. They both went above and beyond in service. They also provided details of their promotion with the tablet! And any areas I could save which is wonderful because they customized to my needs. They were personable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend to visit them for any of your questions or needs.

So happy to deal with the great staff at Kingsgate mall. Suhavi and Amy were fantastic and righted a wrong done by the staff at Coquitlam center. If you have any questions or concerns, this has to be your first place to get it done right.

My dad was treated poorly by the workers there who took 1.5 hours to tell him him SIM card was working. The reality was the Rogers representative on the phone had trouble shot with me and determined he SIM card was not working and had put a credit on his account for a new one. These people didn't even know how to transfer his data to a new phone.

I have been very well received by Will, Amy and other staff in getting the best and honest information on the use ofmy cell phone and other intricacies related to the use. They were all very patient with me as I am a little hard of hearing.

The new manager, Will, was very friendly. He assisted me 2 days in a row and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have already recommended him to friends who deal with Rogers.

Don't waste your time - go to a real Rogers dealer. Spent an hour in-person so that I wouldn't have to wait 3 days to get a phone delivered from the main call centre, only to find out they didn't have the phone in-stock and I'd have to come back again to pick it up. 4 days later and still no phone call, called back and looks like they gave my phone to someone else. Now told another 2-3 days and that this time they promise, like for reals, that they'll call me. I'm regretting not having just done my contract renewal and phone order through the real Rogers store downtown who say they have a ton of phones in-stock.

Sunny was amazing. I went in with my research and a phone and plan I wanted but walked out with a much better combo! Lower priced plan and great iPhone. He was totally working to get me the best price on phone and plan. Excellent service and experience.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I had issues at several other Rogers locations and i came here and my problems were solved due to an extremely smart employee. I will never go to another Rogers other than this one. I believe his name is Sunny.
