Very helpful getting supplies for a bearded dragon. Knowledgeable and friendly. The dragon was happy with his worm treats!

Visited this place after reading a number of positive reviews. I was not impressed, to say the least. I felt lost here. No one greeted or offered any assistance. The shelves are not neat, giving the place a second-hand store looks. The location of this store is the worst. The traffic in this busy area is absolutely atrocious. On the positive note, the tanks looked clean, and the fish appeared to be healthy and reasonably priced. Still, it is very unlikely I'll be coming back.

Been going to this pet store since i was a little girl, never had a bad experience with them, the employees are nice and knowledgeable about what is in the store, and about the care of their animals. I got my python, beetlejuice from there 9 years ago when he was a baby. I always go to Roger's for his food and supplies! One of the only places you can get livefeed for reptiles in the lowermainland!

Our go to place for all things reptiles! They have a great selection of products for all types of reptiles! The staff is always so helpful too. One of the staff members, I forgot his name, helped my son by walking through the store and picking out supplies to put together his bio active enclosure for his new gecko!

The staff is really nice. Super friendly! Stayed open to help me after closing time. I fully recommend this store. The staff and the owner are very experienced and will help you get the best deal.

Kudos to all the staff for always making me feel welcome. I tend to ask a ton of questions and they are so willing to help me and do not get annoyed. Love chatting with Simon, they know a lot about crested geckos and other things! The store has huge selection for reptile accessories and decently priced! Always enjoy my visit here. P. S I met a great new friend here, she brought her snake into the store with her and let me hold her, we bonded over the animals and hang out now.

I am quite impressed with the variety of products and aquarium plants. Fish have always been hardy and healthy.

- Staff are knowledgeable about appropriate fish for your tank size and tank mate species.
- Check back often or call ahead to ask if they have specific breeds of fish or plants in stock because it changes frequently.
- Best fish and plant health - never had a problem with any plants infected with disease or snails.
- There are also reptiles, amphibians, spiders, and rodents (feeder and pet).
- Basic necessities for small animals including dogs and cats

Great service. They treat you like there own family and you'll love the education that you will learn on how to take care of your pets. Their animals all looks happy and healty. Definitely will recommend to buy on this store. And I will always buy on this store. All did a great service specially Candice.

This place is awesome. Great staff. They were very knowledgeable and freely shared there information. Went in there with my 3 kids and spent a good half an hour just exploring the place. Personally will never go anywhere else again gor any of my reptile need.

My favorite pet store in the lower mainlands they have dog and cat food as well as tropical plants to cover all your pet needs.

I don't get to visit often because they are so far away, but when I do I never leave empty handed. They've got a wide variety of aquatic supplies. They were even able to special order replacement parts for my fluval flex aquarium.

The staffs are always chit chatting with each other when there are customers around, instead of paying attention and helping. Second, the person working at the cashier never greets people coming in the store. They sell healthy and good quality fish but it's hard to recommend this place to anyone until the issues are addressed.

Amazing customer service! The staff working there seem super educated and they’re super nice as well! Animals there seem to be well taken care of, definitely recommend and definitely coming back in the future!

Incredibly knowledgeable staff, who really care about the health of your fish.i loved that a staff member asked if my tank was fully cycled before getting me my frogs, it gave me confidence in their business practices to see that they're genuinely valuing the health and well-being of their livestock.i highly recommend buying livestock from them - their tanks are cleaned and well looked after, plus the return policy is great because you know that they're confident in the health of their livestock (as am i, after purchasing some blonde ADFs who started singing when they got accustomed to my tank!).

the staff were very nice and professional, and it was great being in their store. 10/10, if you were looking for a place that has a variety of livestock you can assure will make it to your tank happy as a clam, this is where to go! My little guys bring me so much joy and i'm glad i was able to get some fun little frogs with peace of mind.check this place out!

Editing my review just to talk about my most recent shopping experience. Went to browse their tarantula section, I asked to look at some decent sized sub adults and the woman that helped me went above and beyond! She showed me quite a few decent sized spiders, was super patient while I tried to make a decision and ended up finding a xenesthis intermedia sub adult for an absolute steal! Not only did I get an outstanding deal, but the staff is actually knowledgeable about tarantulas! I'm so incredibly happy with my new friend! Thanks again Roger's! You guys are by far the best pet store in the lower mainland!

This place is better than any aquatic store I've been to in Vancouver. Definitely worth the trip to Surrey!

Favorite store for purchasing fish and accessories. Not the biggest selection, but healthy! Decent pricing, sometimes competitive with chain stores. They quarantine fish before sale which is great compared to chain stores

Staff is amazing and knowledgeable, they take amazing care of the animals they have. We have gotten 4 fancy rats from them now and all of them have been great health and VERY human oriented. The last 2 we got from Roger's were so friendly and instantly comfortable with us. We went to leave them alone to get used to their new home, instead they climbed on us, and took a nap in my hoodie. One of them has already learned that if he nudges your thumb you'll pet his forehead.

Roger's is definitely the place to go if you need anything

I have gotten 5 rats from here as pets and they've all grown up to be healthy! Great selection of Rex and Dumbo Fancy rats, both Patchwork and Berkshire! I'll continue to get my Ratties here going forward!

Over priced and they keep rats in way to small of tanks. They are not care for pets welfare at all.

Staff member was helpful and they explained lot of things. We bought a Pandagara, Amano Shrimp and few danios. They said Amano should be ok with other small fish. The only problem is they are still surviving by hiding. I only see them when I clean the tank

Bought my first goldfish from Roger's aquatics recently. They are a little pricier than the local PetSmart but the selection is better and my fish is very healthy and active.

Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also usually pretty stocked with what you need which is nice! It is hard to find fruit fly cultures around here and have never had an issue popping by Roger's and finding some there!

It's where I go for my fish and all of my snake and aquarium supplies and I love that I can just walk in and have them taste my water without issue

Rogers is my go to fish store they always have good stock of supplies and fish and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Amazing selection of fish, reptiles and other small animals.they have everything you could possibly need.the staff as super knowledgeable as well.something i want to note is that if they don't have a fish in stock they can order it for you if they have it on their list.also got a albino budgie from there and i love that they start hand training them as opposed to getting a budgie from say petsmart that receives no training what's so ever.i tell all my friends to go here for their pet needs.it's a bit of a drive for me but i much prefer going here then to a big box store.

I love going there so many things to see. Theres fish and snakes and lizards and spiders crickets food supplies and tanks as well. Great prices very clean and staff always friendly.

Very helpful staff, went to rogers yesterday to buy fish medication but unfortunately the good ones are banned in canada. But the staff were very helpful and had knowlege of the hobby. So often nowadays staff at chain pet shops dont exactly always give the right advice, but the people i talked at rogers knew their stuff. Their fish tanks looked in prestine condition. I will definitely be back in future.

Went their for the first time today. The lady that helped me was so friendly and was happy to show me everything I wanted to see. I came in looking for a reptile and a budgie, unfortunately I didn't quite find what I wanted but still a great store definitely worth checking out! Next time I'm in the Vancouver area I'll be back.

Very good supply of fish tanks and related ornaments, equipment and lighting. High quality fish for sale and has knowledge/friendly staff.

It was my first time here today as i don't live in the fraser valley. I loved it here. I go to fish addicts often but this is closer than langley and the staff was so friendly and out going, great fish products and lots of botanicals (leaf litter) for aquariums, more than I've seen anywhere closer to vancouver. I got some beautiful large Indian almond leaves and some awesome oak leaves. I have 4 aquariums and all my fish love the leaves so far my SA cichlids, my neon tetra tank looks great with the oak leaves and my central american tetra tank also looks great with the oak leaves and my betta tank looks great with the 2 mixed! Will be a new frequent client! Thank you!

They have oodles of supplies for the reptile or aquatic enthusiast. Fantastic selection of feeders as well. I find the prices high and the staff a bit stand-off-ish. When people try to pull off like they know it all it comes with serious questioning. There are many ways to go about sharing knowledge and listening is an important part of it.

Roger's Pets has great staff, and a large selection of everything! I was quite impressed by the size of the store.

I was helped within 30 seconds of entering the store and was able to get the exact little pet I was after.

I adopted a cute little Rat Girl, who is so sweet and loving she loves kisses and cuddles.

Also the lady helped me wrap a box I brought to put her in and added the necessary holes.

Great service and selection do check it out, you can tell they care because all the animals are happy!
