I had a problem with my card and I was trying to fix this so I can continue purchasing $125.00 worth of chocolates. But I caught the pretty blind lady rolling her eyes one too many times. I went to Purdy’s chocolate store right after I had my card fixed. I spent $175 there because they were helpful and not stuck up and rude, didn’t even greet me or help me. I’ll never go back to the shop on Granville island again. She only looked down on me because I wasn’t the right colour. That was obvious as she welcomed many others.

If the sun is burning on your head then this is the place to catch a formidable ice cream for your tongue and soul. It’s self made gelato and therefore pricey & worth it

Excellent chocolate as always, zero service nor being friendly during our selections. Not going to mention names. Does not apply to other roger locations from our prior visitations.
