Huge selection in a clean and tidy store. Roger took so much time talking to us about what we wanted and what features we were looking for. From start to finish, he was easy to talk to and was genuine and not pushy. We just got our love seat yesterday, and Roger got it set up and gave me instructions on how to care for the leather. I would certainly support this business again.

Just purchased a large leather recliner and Roger was a helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The owner is very accommodating and will honor any warranty on the furniture. We were in the store today and overheard a lady and man yelling at the owner and getting very demanding, the owner stayed patient, addressed their concerns and offered multiple solutions. I recommend them.

Way back in 2oo2 my mom bought a children's bedroom suite for me, from Roger. I enjoyed the furniture all the years I grew up with it, and I'm pleased to share that my own son gets to use the furniture for himself now.
The quality of furniture at Roger's is so high that it is literally lasting through generations! -If you want something that will last, go to Roger!

Very nice experience. Loved the way they interact with the customers. I moved to Duncan a week ago and wanted new furniture. Roger is a very friendly guy and he helped me with my needs in furniture. They have a dog named Cocoa she was the cutest little dog I’ve ever seen. Loved the queen sized bed with the furniture I purchased from them along with the IRONMAN MATTRESS. Highly recommended to everyone

I was amazed when I walked into Roger's Furniture store. The huge space was bright and clean and fully stocked with very fashionable furnishings. Roger was able to help me find just the dining table I had been looking for. My table was delivered today by 2 helpful young men who placed it just where I wanted it. We were looking for a bed for our spare room for my spouses son and grandson to be able to sleep over comfortably. We figured that we would have to wait a long time to get it because of the pandemic and trucking issues the world is having, but when we went to see Roger, we were in for quite a surprise. Roger asked us what we were looking for, showed us a bed that was perfect for us, and gave us an amazing price that we could not refuse. We had to go to an appointment, so he held it for us, and when we returned he was at the door with the bed and helped put it into our truck. Not only was it the easiest bed purchase we have ever made, it was the best service as well. There was no pressure like there is at other furniture stores we had visited. Bought a sofa at the start of the pandemic and it immediately started coming to pieces. We have emailed Roger many times asking for a replacement and he doesn't even bother replying any more. Terrible customer service, terrible sofa, would not recommend.

After reading the many positive reviews about Roger’s easy going, friendly and attentive approach to customer service, you might wonder what more anyone can say about Roger. Well, Roger saved Christmas this year. After promising our granddaughter a new bed and mattress for Christmas, a factory error resulted in only part of the bed being shipped a week before Christmas. Worried about disappointing our granddaughter, Roger contacted the factory and asked if it could build the missing portion, custom stain it, and have it shipped as soon as possible. Then on Christmas Eve he surprised us by calling to say the bed had just arrived and that he had a crew coming to set it up so my granddaughter could sleep on it that night when Santa came. That’s Roger (and his selection and prices are great as well)!

I just moved to Vancouver Island and after spending the day looking all over Victoria for an open furniture store on Sunday I decided to head up island to Duncan to see what JYSK had to offer. I noticed Rodgers store just as I was coming into Duncan and decided to stop and I am glad I did. I highly recommend making the trip to Duncan to see Rodger, he was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of getting what I needed to set up my place. It is very rare to see this level of customer serve these days, I could not be happier with my purchases and I really feel like I was treated fairly and revived a great deal. He has a great selection of products and I will defiantly be coming back for future purchases.
